  1. And you just added to it, congratulations
  2. Most expensive season ticket (west stand central) averages at just under £25 a game, not bad though a pretty steep upfront cost.
  3. The full adult price is well over double in the south stand, though I'm now using the current rates to work that out, and I bought during early bird sales. So it seems like the adult prices throughout the ground (which match many other championship club prices) subsidise the young adult, and child prices (£99 for under 19 and £50 for under 12, regardless what stand. Under 12 tickets come with a free replica shirt.) It doesn't say which club the replica shirt is from, I'd like to think it's ours, but knowing what City are like it could be anyone.
  4. We have very good rates for young adults. I've paid roughly £135 for my season ticket, central block in the South Stand and near the back, and that's including an extra £20 for the first priority for away and cup games. if I hadn't paid the extra £20 it would have worked out at £5 a game for a 21 year old, and even with the £20 it's under £6 a game
  5. These words had never been heard before today
  6. Fair point Miah, though posters such as yourself and in the net didn't do the 'going over the top' routine, which my post was referring to (admittedly not clearly) when it said "you lot"
  7. I was more referring to that if you try and find anything about them, very little turns up other than they have taken over Rovers. I have found a post on another forum from someone who has done a lot more searching that I (very little in truth). In the post they said the Al-Qadi bank has assets of 1.7 billion, but also liabilities of 1.5 billion. That leaves 200 million, the family has a 30% stake, so that leaves the Al-Qadi Family with circa 60 million. These were from 2014 statements, but 60 million total from their main source of money is a far cry from what you lot like to claim.
  8. Still never seen any evidence that these multi zillionaires actually have all the money you lot like to claim
  9. You posted this as I was typing essentially the same thing
  10. Not really, I was agreeing with the over 46 games the luck evens out. So that would be accounted for. There was 2 major decisions I can remember from the playoff final. One was the red card that wasn't given, and the other was when one of your strikers (Taylor?) dived to try and get a penalty, that one the ref got absolutely spot on. Mind you, imagine trying to cheat to get out of non league!
  11. Basically this is my point, but much better put. Had the correct decision been made, Rovers would have played over half the game a player down. That is a huge difference.
  12. There were a tonne of you lot on here saying we'd be playing each other the following season, even though we had moved away from the drop zone, and rovers were about 16th. Plenty were saying you would sneak into the playoffs, in the end though you were beaten by a team who couldn't give a toss about the game. Secondly, why would you be on the pitch singing "we are staying up" if you didn't think you were going to stay up. Singing it in the stand is fair enough, and pretty standard when a struggling team gets a win, but to invade the pitch? No, sorry that's horse shit.
  13. You had unbelievable good fortune on the playoff final, when your goalkeeper deliberately handballed a shot that was heading in, when he was outside the area.
  14. I thought their official number was in the 20,000s. 28k rings a bell
  15. they had a huge amount of luck with an appalling refereeing decision in the playoff final to be fair, deliberate handball by their goalkeeper outside the area, with the shot heading on target? and a shocking, though technically valid decision of a referee to blow for halftime with the ball heading in and about a yard off the line when Accrington scored a goal, ruled out by the bizarre decision to blow for HT while the shot was on its way in. had that goal counted Accrington would have been third, not rovers the first may have not made a difference, but playing over half of a final with 10 men and their first choice goalkeeper sent off would quite likely have yielded a different result
  16. but you cant handle any on here because its just "bitterness"? well done to rovers on 2 promotions, though you're just 1 league up from when he got the job as he took you into non-league, further increasing Bristols reputation as a footballing backwater. secondly, why on earth would we be jealous of a promotion to a league that we won at a canter? must be that infamous "gas lojik"
  17. I don't remember exactly words, but there were strong suggestions from people ITK that Wael wanted his own man
  18. I remember when Wael took over there were rumours about him wanting to replace Clarke then
  19. looks like the thread got to bluebeard
  20. Love it, I think out of all the posters on here, @Charliesboots is one of the few where I don't think I've ever read a comment that could be seen as bitter, towards anyone (though I may have missed it ).
  21. sounds like something rovers fans were panning on doing at sainsburys
  22. and in doing so you brought the thread to the top of the forum. staggering how many people who don't care feel the need to say to everyone else that they don't care. It's almost a Robbored complex. In fact I reckon this thread would be at least 3-4 pages shorter if the people who don't care or aren't interested hadn't felt the need to tell everyone else that they don't care or aren't interested.
