Back in the day my mate used to thumb a lift to away games. He even managed to watch city at Sunderland that way.

Before this season I would of been really hurt and angry but when the 3rd goal went in today I just started laughing .
Pretty much the same as the second half of last season

Well in reality I got back 20 mins ago but needed to sink a shitload of vodka to calm me down.
The easiest way to sum up today and this season is with this sentence.
I would have never associated the words gutless and spineless with a Nigel Pearson team, however they are the only words I can use to describe the team in his spell in charge of Bristol City. Even with a man advantage, everyone in that ground knew Cov would win that game. That says it all. Time for Pearson ( who I wanted like most) to go.
Fair play to you for going.

This is a hell hole of a club at the moment. The headlines would be “Farke in Hell”

Not an album but a song. I went to see Nick Cave and Warren Ellis last month and they did a cover version of Cosmic Dancer by T-Rex. I can't believe that it's taken me 50 years to hear the original. Both versions are excellent, and the best thing I can say about it is that it sounds like a Nick Cave original.
Electric Warrior, a great LP if you like T-Rex.

West Brom’s fans thought that Simpson’s attempted back pass was one of the best they’d seen all season

For me super nige has to get a win on sat. another defeat and for me changes will be needed. only my opinion. the usual ones who dont have an opinion will be giving me stick for this post. It will be 18 games which is not good enough. believe it or not i want him to be good for city but so far it is not good enough. Or have i missed something
Personally I think Pearson knows exactly what he’s doing. He wanted a project and he’s getting on with the job in hand. Although our home record is poor it’s been going on for a long time now, way before Pearson arrived. A couple of wins and the atmosphere will change,

Quite right too - no subs for me. Bert Trautmann even played on in a Cup Final with a broken neck. Don't remember players having ham strings or metatarsals then either.
Broken neck? That’s nothing mate, I know a bloke who had a broken neck and dislocated shoulder, he played the full 90 mins and added time. Went back to the pub after the game and had a few pints as well
They don’t make um like that anymore.

17 home games without a win . Worst in our history and fans are pissed off. Shame on them .
I think most of the fans have been pretty good judging by the crowds we’ve had for home games. Get a few wins and the mood will changed.

I was there, we were definitely a bit lucky that night.

Been following City for a long time and one partnership that spring to mind is Kalas and Webster. They played well together and were rated by those who played against them.

He wanted a project and he’s only just started. Give him the time he needs, he’s inherited a mess.

It’s going to take time, I’m confident we’ll get there under Pearson.

On a plus note I think Tanner has had a decent game considering.

Man City away in the 1st Div. We lost 2:0 and it was a nightmare before and after the game. Derby County as well. It kicked right off outside the baseball ground and we all got nicked. I can remember being sat in the cells thinking “I wish I hadn’t bothered coming today”

Why are they angry then?
Can remember one of my daughters going up to Old Trafford with her friend to watch Man Utd. When she got back I asked her what she thought of the game. Her reply was” I don’t know but Ranaldo was alright”

Was working up at the training ground a couple of weeks ago and Nige was there and seemed to be okay to me. He actually looked to be in quite a good mood and gave us the
