Was about to mention Joe as was surprised I had not seen his name, Put his injuries behind him and is now looking a very good championship player,
Really?
I'd class Rutter and Dewsbury Hall as very good championship players, for me Joe Williams is an average one who wouldn't get in any top 6 midfield.
He has progressed this season but only because of his shocking injury record previously.

Incidentally KP is having a great season at Coventry.
1 goal and 3 assists in the league in mid April for an attacking midfielder isn't exactly brilliant.
Is it more of a case of impressing on the eye but not actually being that productive?

Your nostalgia is at a league one level
And your choice is at Premier League level.
Neither of which we are.

A player who failed at this level? No thanks
You're allowed your own choice.
That's mine.
Didn't say he'd be any good, would just like to see it for nostalgia.

I don't think Saka has been that good this season. Palmer could easily start on the right in the opening game.
3rd highest scoring player in the league in Fantasy football which obviously is based on goals, assists and being the highest performing player in matches.

Would be concerned about losing James. Very clear to see we are a worse side when he's not on the pitch. Under appreciated, Marlon Pack like.
Less bothered about Williams. Has that good bit of aggression to his game but poor early injury record and goes missing too often.
-
He was bloody useless for both sides.

If it was solely a football one I'd have to go for that final day Aguero goal against QPR and United at Sunderland.

Aren't they all kind of the most defining moment in their respective sports?
Pretty impossible to compare across sports for me.

Surely the main reason there's a shit atmosphere is that the songs are boring and shite. Is there a fire drill, is this a library, your support is fkin' shit., you're not singing anymore, 1-0 and you fkd it up, etc etc.
Every other set of fans in the country sing the same songs and the majority have a better home atmosphere than we do.
It's the fans that create the atmosphere not the choice of song.

Looks like they are trying to get kids/families into the upper tier of the Lansdown. I've seen a few posts this season saying there is very little pay on the day in the South Stand.
Reckon they are possibly trying to redress that?
Yes they've said that's exactly what they're doing.

Pointless exercise.
Tombola might be easier for them to run next season.

Physical Season cards will continue to be able to be used

Would a 12.30pm early kick-off on the Saturday and Bristol Rovers v Derby on the Sunday not have sufficed?
They won't move the fixture that doesn't have the problem, the Gas one, as well as our one.

Yes not Saturday because the gas had derby.
We could have had a early ko on the Saturday and the gas played on the Sunday.
Yes?
Gas v Derby isn't the game with the police request to be played at an early kick off so they wouldn't move that one to the Sunday.
They move the one that has a history of kicking off, which was us v Swansea.

It does matter when you have to choose between the game and your 90yo Mother (mum won obviously).
More to the point, why did WE have to change? Who's the strong leader at the helm of our club fighting our cause?
We are the higher placed team in the pyramid and should have played on the Saturday.
Do you think Liverpool or Everton would have changed for Tranmere?
Our game was Sunday early kick off because of it being against Swansea on police request.

Dickie no competition.
Pring in second.
Vyner has let a few mistakes come back into his game recently, there seems to be one a game.

When you’re driving/in traffic, and you can’t see round the car/vehicle in front, to see what’s happening on the road, because of the size of it.
Random I know, and probably a bit niche because I’m short!
Normally a sign you're following too closely...

Yes that's a fair comment with those 2 players.
I'd also agree that Williams is at his level, which is currently 3rd/4th best midfielder in the team currently 12th in the Championship.
For me that doesn't make him a very good Championship player, a long way off it to be honest.
