No. I don’t accept that. I don’t have to deal with it. Are you saying all forms of discrimination are acceptable within the context of a football match or just casual sexism and misogyny?
What an appalling statement.
You don't have to deal with it no.
But at a football match the chances of being exposed to singing/chanting of that nature is very high.
So if you really didn't want to deal with it the best course of action would be to not go.

Barry Bannan would get in a lot of people's top 10 Championship midfielders let alone League 1.

Nice lad but you can't make up for that lack of physicality.
He's not small for a professional footballer, he's tiny.

Always thought he's okay for rugby but football I dunno...didn't he mess up one or two of the substitutions the other week??
Other than him announcing Gomez coming on for Man City for 2 players at the same time and then Dasilva coming off the bench for us twice at different points in the second half he did a great job!

Golf not one of yours either?

RR is 'technically' correct.
In the same way that if you saw a car speeding towards you when you're crossing the road until you go through the windscreen you've not 'officially' been run over even though it was fairly obvious 50 yards before.

It's odd, I've played probably 350 rounds in the last 3 and a bit years, many of them at Woodlands, the lakeside 9 hole at my club and also many of the more established "championship" courses in the area and I have never once seen what you describe. I've coached some newbies on the importance of shouting "fore" but the younger players seem to be far more capable of accepting a mistake and apologising.
I have seen dozens of older members, people you would expect to know the etiquette, mark scorecards on the green, refuse to adopt "ready golf", refuse to let faster groups through, cheat, damage the course, never shout "fore", continue to remove the flag during covid, etc etc.

Having been a member of a golf course since covid, its noticeable that it is the older and established generation of members who don't repair pitch marks, don't respect roped off areas, drive their buggies through the rough and never ever repair divots. They also slow the play down and do everything they can to limit the fun that golf can be.
But my pineapple polo and hoodie are the real threat to golf....
If you've played 350 rounds of Golf and you still don't understand golf etiquette, tradition and protocol then you haven't been playing at the right places.

So he signed until the end of the Season.
Loans can only be recalled during a window, unless both Clubs agree .
Why would we agree to this ?
His return would leave us with Max, Harvey Wiles-Richards the next most senior and Buse who is on loan.
Can someone explain how this is working, and why ?
Seems odd.
We're not going down and we're not going up.
Max getting injured is unlikely so even if we have to/choose to give Wiles-Richards a few games it's not really going to matter.

Scott, Scott and the Cardiff win at home for me.

I hope I'm proved wrong but got a feeling this season will be one of the most boring for a long time.
If the Red Bulls dominate as expected I just hope Perez keeps doing well to at least make it a bit more interesting.

OK: did you give up driving a car when you stopped getting a nice paper disc for your money……and in fact got nothing to show at all?!
Taxing your car is a legal requirement in order to perform a task that is crucial in every day life.
Buying a season ticket at a football club is a luxury lifestyle choice that no one is forced to do.
You're not really getting the point...

I personally won't mind paying an extra £10/20 to get a physical ST if that is what's announced in the coming months.
So many possibilities for digital tickets to go wrong on a regular basis - someone going to a night game straight from work and their phone being dead, the wallet app crashing etc. etc.

So a smart digital solution
I'm sure you realise this but a large number of fans will value a physical season ticket for a club they've supported for years over an app on their phone.

Do you expect Sky to send you a copy of the Radio and TV Times every month as well!
No because I get a nice shiny box and a remote to reflect that!

The digitalisation won't just affect people who can't manage it, there will be some fans who won't want to adopt this method even if they can.
Personally if I'm paying £500 for a season ticket I want something physical to reflect it at the very least.
There will be a physical option just announced!

Terrible thing to have happened but the bloke knowingly went to the away fans pub 2 hours after the game in a group looking for trouble and unfortunately found it.

What a win for Gilding, anyone know what that win does to boost his rankings up to?

Be amazed if that happens!
Given that it doesn't open until 12 on a Saturday you probably could go in there but you'd miss kick off

Be amazed if any where is open before kick off let alone allowing in away fans.
