Have you ever contemplated that just because someone doesn't share the OTIB witch hunt on Tinnion, Lansdown and, to some extent, Manning that they may hold an alternative opinion? I genuinely believe what I think about Tinnion and the Lansdowns. This is anathema to you and the Pearson luvvies. If one has a positive take on the aforementioned - it either makes you a Bristol Sport employee or a wind up merchant. Mt Billy Big Bollax even thinks that new posters with a positive spin should be vetted. Good luck with that Nick. If you don't like my view- you know what to do.

What a guy- we're so lucky to have him. His input has shown remarkable results from Academy levels whilst his role as technical Director is beginning to reap rewards on the pitch , firstly with Southampton then at Leicester. I'm really excited about next season, we've already got a Bird in the hand as well as a few in the bush and that's before our Summer recruitment. WE are building the momentum for a serious push towards a top 6 finish in 2025 as he suggested. It's a great time to be a BCFC supporter. ( Facepalm me if you agree)

Last seven league games represents the best run since the LJ streaks almost 5 years ago. Well done tyo Liam, our team and especially Brian Tinnion and our excellent owners. So glad we're in safe hands. Onwards and upwards. (Just leave a face palm emoji if you agree with me) -

You are forever quoting how much you spend and every time it's more than the last and it's now up to £1800. Are you going into the Gents at Ashton Gate to powder your nose? Damn that inflation. Damn that 5-0 -
Someone? It's a poster called Mendip Fox .

That's the trouble with you English Teachers. The days are long gone when they taught good England when you are a children.

Blimey- he did all that? Top bloke. I bet Brian Tinnion , the owners and Richard Gould couldn't believe their luck.

Marginally off topic but.... Are we still going to rename a stand after Nigel Pearson? I'm really concerned that it's just a matter of time before he's only remembered for a couple of seasons of mediocrity.

Another great night for our excellent Director of Football and our brilliant owner and their increasingly great choice of Manager made for all the right reasons.- 572 replies

Sunderland away match thread

Indeed- something that didn't happen in the entire 22/23 season. Although we did have some fair mini runs of wins and draws- none were clean sheets and we never got more than two wins in a row. -

It's Nige for me. If he'd stayed we'd already be promoted and have one hand on the FA Cup. -
Me too! Or perhaps it should be - # me too.

Brilliant to see that BCFC are getting credit where credit is due. Great work from Tinnion under the excellent ownership of the Lansdowns.

I'll follow your lead and not post a comment.

What I like about your thoughts, Robbo and those of Jimmo is that you both state it how it is without the ridiculous hysteria attached to so many others who seem so full of vindictive spite. Was it Manning's intention to fail so quickly? He was always a gamble and has had a few incredible moments but is not producing the results or even the performances that he should be. It does appear ,however, that Jimmo is sadly bang on. Comments about "the worst we've ever played" and "worst Manager ever" are mainly from people with the memory and attention span of a goldfish. As to whether he'll ever be good enough is down to how long he's given ( in that it will prove his worth one way or another) but as things stand it's not looking too good for him.

Great news then- as I said, I think we're doing more right than wrong in respect of the financial side of the club thanks to the Lansdowns.
