  1. Yep- he was a regular and good chap- never got involved even when Wes was being slagged off in Vyner fashion.
  2. 2012–2013 → Forest Green Rovers (loan) 6 (1) 2014–2015 → Oxford United (loan) 9 (1) 2015 → Cheltenham Town (loan) 14 (4) 2016 → Fleetwood Town (loan) 14 (5) 2016–2017 → Aberdeen (loan) 13 (0) 2017–2021 Fleetwood Town 144 (16)
  3. In 2017 BT has about as much influence on who got sold as the tea lady. He was pretty much derided by most on here- not good enough etc.
  4. Come on you Reds. You know you can keep it to less than 7 and really screw @formerly known as ivan's thread.
  5. Which accounts have you been looking at? Steve/Jon: the thumping great loss.
  6. He said the latter not the former. Revisionist history is also close to your border!
  7. Alternatively he might have said that he didn't want to develop other people's players and perhaps that's true to some extent.
  8. Hopefully in a good way as opposed to a "cracking up" type of way.
  9. I'll be devastated. Lose by 1-2 just peed off , 3-5 generally angry, 5-10 apoplectic. Fortunately the latter is a rarity. Shall we have this conversation every time City have a match so we can all play anti-Manning Bingo?
  10. Tinnion resigned- it's all well documented . His resignation did , however, bring in a period of great fun (mainly) and an 'almost' moment. If you think LM will resign or be fired in the next 24-48 hours then you may well be disappointed.
  11. @Ivorguy you've found a kindred spirit. As far as losing 7-0.... If we were in the same league as the gas AND had absolutely nothing to play for AND it guaranteed that gas were relegated AND all our players celebrated every goal conceded by lifting up their shirt revealing a 'gas are going' down t-shirt whilst hi-fiving the fans then YES. In all other circumstances NO.
  12. No thanks And what about the madness of your entitled expectation? Pearls before swine. In entirely my opinion the dismissal of Nige was done for the right reasons but not exactly for the ones stated. I don't know whether LM is taking us in the right direction as it's too inconclusive but in the past three matches it hasn't felt like it yet in matches v WHU Forest, Boro and Southampton it did for me and most. Every signing in every department carries the risk of failure and the hope of success. Continue like we are and lose every single match then of course we're in a relegation battle, win every match and it's a promotion battle- neither are likely to happen. If you were married to BCFC- it'd be living in a battered wife refuge as are you- it's called a forum and not everyone needs to comment by starting a new thread when they can utilise an existing one to make their point. More posters should try it. It's like having the Judean Popular Front and the Popular Front of Judea.
  13. There are 22 threads on page 1 of OTIB. 14 of these are anti Manning or anti BCFC. Even the Dicky player of the month opens with a 'Titanic' reference. You have a lot of anger towards someone who appears to be stating the bleedin' obvious.
  14. I can't see the logic. In the past two decades SL has never been trigger happy and never sacked a full time contracted manager with less than 25 games in charge. As it stands ( and things can change either way) we are not in the relegation zone and unlikely to become so. People wanting us to lose so that LM gets the chop is silly and ,for some, seems to be a matter of proving they were right at any cost to the club. IMO, of course.
  15. I cannot explain why losing is a good thing hence mad. Then again the OP has a decade of negativity behind him so maybe it's no surprise?
  16. Well- there we have it. A victory against Ipswich will be largely meaningless and you'd want BCFC to lose for the greater good. Madness.
