Has anyone checked to see if it's genuine or fake? If the hands don't move that's a clue.

Not only have the club been working hard trying to strengthen the playing squad for the upcoming 2016/17 League One campaign but significant developments are also being made away from Darrell Clarke’s playing squad.
The Memorial Stadium is undergoing a makeover.
Rovers South Stand is going to be re-clad and completely refurbished along with an entire set of new seats.
Along with the enhancements of the South Stand, we are delighted to announce that we will be re-introducing the South West Stand, which will hopefully increase our total capacity.

So Rovers might own the stands but not the ground they are built on?
But they still hold the baked hedgehog, clothes peg and lucky heather franchise.

Going big apparently?! Strange lot on that forum
"The question is about finance.
New builds exclude VAT. Refurbishment or extensions (eg Ashton Gate) are liable for VAT. It might be our interest to go for the larger capacity now. As I say this will be down to the financing.
Also one other point - the orginal design allows upto 35000. This was before safe standing.
I believe that we will see anouncement of about 28k including safe standing with an option to go to 35k."Plenty of elbow room for the faithful five thousand (and sometimes three thousand).
