Perhaps having finally realised he can put the ball in the back of the net that was the impetus to get him back in the first team and hopefully score a goal before he leaves. He's been so close on several occassions with the crowd willing him on. Perhaps now he'll realise that he can score a goal and shoot when in position rather than pass to someone else to miss when it was easier for HNM to score himself.

Glad we got the win and showed some confidence that has been lacking recently for whatever reason. Still got an issue with set pieces though both when they are ours and when it's the opposition.

So do I, especially with no trains running today . Perhaps the players could refund their ticket costs ( as I know other teams have done in the past)

Potter is favourite and according to media reports having talks with Chelsea, with £20 million compensation. As Webster was rumoured to be going to Chelsea in the last transfer window, I think that there's a very good chance that he will go in January and reunite with his old boss.

I thought the same. I don't think he wanted to go this season but as you say was worried he could be sold anyway. They were talking about him in glowing terms on the EFL show last night so the pressure is still there but at least there is some breathing space until January.

and it isn't his fault that we haven't till now played to his strengths. Also Tommy in a recent interview on Radio Bristol when he was being praised for his form he was emphasising how much Nahki had been helping him.

I think because of our financial situation we are using what we have got to better effect and giving youngsters their chance along with keeping some wiser older heads. with good relationships between young & old eg Nahki & Tommy . Great to see the progress under Tinman and Pearson and credit to them and the players themselves. Long may it continue.

And something that can legitimately be sung in respect of Tommy. Unlike Harry Kane who played for both Arsenal & Watford before moving to Tottenham.

I worry with Wilfried Zaha wanted by Chelsea (and rumoured Arsenal) that a bid will come in from Crystal Palace. If they bid £20m (or even £16m + add ons) with our financial situation we won't be able to refuse it.
