  1. Looking forward to 2uth March when he's up against LJ
  2. It’s obviously celebrating The Bears being top of the Premiership and their trajectory since leaving Horfield.
  3. Well Agent Jojoja has signed for Swindon on loan , so that should be interesting.
  4. and on TALKSPORT . Keith Curle has also left Northampton. So 2 ex City players .
  5. Probably working out how to get a penalty and a Red card in their favour. Plenty of Red cards in the games tonight, so want to join the party.
  6. I suspect they wish it had failed the pitch inspection.
  7. Yes. Voted best of the round at the time.
  8. Think the best part of the game was during the break when they replayed JET’s goal as one of the best FA cup goals.
  9. We also need to consider the effect of Long Covid on some players. I have a relative (a fit 44 year old) had Covid in March and is still suffering from some breathlessness and the inability to play the sport he played to the same level before he became ill.
  10. Well they won’t make any money from a ManU gate, but they’d get something it it was away to Liverpool or Spurs.
  11. Much as I hate to say it, you can only beat what’s in front of you.
  12. At least our next 3 games in Tier 3 are against teams that are also in Tier 3 , and luckily Millwall is a home game . So City avoid playing at Millwall in front of 2000 of their fans and none of our own.
  13. It’s Bristol, South Gloucestershire & North Somerset that are tier 3. BANES is tier 2.
  14. Agree we are getting ahead of ourselves but if we make it to Wembley I can’t see full crowds being back in May. I suspect it will be capped at about 30000 (1/3rd) and that’s being optimistic, with a beam back to Ashton Gate for possibly 7/9000 fans (again based on 1/3rd capacity)
  15. I agree that Ashton gate will be able to cope , especially if fans are sensible and see it as a privilege to be allowed in. I do however with the number of Covid cases being reported, fully expect Bristol to be in a minimum tier 2 and therefore it will only be 2000 fans and not the 4000 capacity that everyone seems to be getting excited about.
  16. and now he’s officially been appointed Director of Football.
  17. Despite all the jokes I think this is a good appointment. Thought his interview with GT tonight was quite refreshing I agree all joking aside this is a good appointment for the gas. Listening to his interview with Geoff Twentyman he sounds quite measured both in respect of the back room staff and the players. Think he will do well, if he gets given the time.
  18. Girls on Film - Duran Duran
  19. If people don’t go back for these test events you will never get back to any kind of normality., There will be so many protocols in place it will probably be safer than visiting the local supermarket.
  20. Whilst I admire your observation, I’m not sure we have too much to shout about in this regard?
  21. Streets of London - Ralph McTell
  22. I’m the Urban Spaceman -Bonzo DOG Doo-Dah band.
  23. I’m not sure being a ‘named club’ in League 1 does you any favours. Look at Sunderland. Expectations can be unwanted baggage
