Fair enough, wasn’t aware of the capacity restriction.
Is that a long term thing? Wikipedia says it can hold around 18100 in total as a result of this.
I'm sure Harchester got more than that when they were playing there.

With the Fewers being attendance obsessed, do their average home gates this season exceed our..... women's team?

Why is the thread starter getting grief here?
Offering to BUY a spare ticket from someone who might not be going after an expensive time of year and people are trying to rinse them.

Always like it when people post screenshots from Gaschat, not because of the nonsense, but to see what advert gets generated as it's usually cookie-led and says a lot about the online behaviour of the person posting it.
Booze-fuelled Christmas, Pete?

I think there was a Friday night home game against either Fulham or Chesterfield that was being televised, we went 1 down after about 12 minutes and having already been in drink, I decided City were playing terribly and I would be better off spending the remaining amount of the game in the Wedlocks.
No idea what the final score was, how I got home or if it was good idea.

In all fairness they are desperate to have something positive to cling on to.
For reasons I am struggling to get my melon round. I now have the Paul Young version of 'Living in the love of the common people' going on a loop in my head.
Wally's gonna buy them a dream to cling to, something about it being an invisible ground.

Bristol City, Sunderland, Hibernian.
And now this...
Makes you wonder what they usually serve up in Irene's, given they appear to have most football-food groups fairly well covered off.

I`m sure last Christmas/New Year quite a few were on but they haven`t had any this time and none are scheduled as far as I can see.
Sky cutting back perhaps?
Been heading that way for a while.
When Red Button coverage first started, pubs could show the games as well. That didn't last long.

Please can you ask Mr Busby to referee us more often? There's a pattern emerging.
He has come a long way from the British Telecom adverts.

Part of me wants them to go up. Bring back Bristol derbies. Badly missed.
I also miss local derbies.
But not that much.

Radio Bristol called Ian Gay for his opinion Oct 1970.
They also called the Yeovil fan who constantly says 'go' rather than 'goal'.

Just looked it up and you’re bang on. Radio Bristol started Sept 1970.
Something, something SO CALLED PUBLIC BROADCASTER.
Or whatever it was Nev ranted about before Parson Street became the new obsession.

Could be early sight of next seasons kit as the club continue their retro approach.

Total embarrassment.
He should study the form of the current top six instead of these sort of wet dreams.
What exactly the “something” that’s happening is, is definitely up for interpretation.
It was a good win but they aren’t seriously in contention.
Maybe the curtains are due another clean.

@JerrySLO any chance of confirming?

It’s 100% “I’ll effing bounce when we do something”.
Which is a great message.
If Cole Skuse got a double hattrick against the Fewers, you'd still not bounce.
YOU WRONG 'UN.

Is Williams in danger of getting a new deal?
Based on what I have read today, quite possibly, and if he can stay fit, why not.

Should we Re-merge the ex-players forum into football chat?

Given that - based on attendances- the Vixens are now the second best supported professional football team in Bristol, maybe they deserve a section on the forum.
