Not sure if it's been mentioned but I noticed that 'I believe In Miracles' The Nottingham Forest documentary about Brian Clough's time in charge is on Netflix

You're better of just searching Bristol City rather than using the # you get all the posts with people talking about City rather than people who just use the #

Another option is go on to websire for West Midlands Metro, they run a tram service from Grand Central (shopping centre right outside New St station.
Trams every 10 minutes to Wolverhampton via the Hawthorns,
£2.80 either way which is cheaper! An alternative to the train is the Megabus is is £16.24 return from Bristol and if you leave at roughly the same time you'll get to the ground sooner, although the train is much more fun.
I'll start my proper job now

Morning
I’ve been to the Hawthorns a few times but I’ve only ever driven. Unfortunately I can’t go next weekend so my son (17) has decided he’s going to drive with his friend.
Unfortunately he only passed his driving test a couple of weeks ago and has never driven on a motorway, I don’t think a trip to/from the West Midlands is the best way to learn to drive motorways.
he says that the club coaches are full, so what I wanted to ask is what’s it like by train? Getting to New Street is easy, but how do you get to the ground? Is it walkable, are there buses or trains? I tried to work it out but couldnt
anyone able to advise?
Morning, I've not done it from Bristol but I love planning stuff out like this and may help others out aswell
If you use a website called Split My Fair and get the train from Temple Mead's to a train station called The Hawthorns it will cost in total £30.88 for the return ticket. It's then approx a 6 minute walk from The Hawthorns Train Station to the stadium according to Google Maps. (0.3 miles away)
He would have to change at Birmingham New Street and walk to Birmingham Snow Hill which according to Google Maps is a 5 minute walk (0.3 miles away)
Train time i've found which is cheapest is the 08:42 out of Temple Mead's arriving at The Hawthorns for 12:27
And the return leaving at 17:42 arriving back in Bristol for 20:30

Hull away from a few seasons ago. 2-0 with 20 minutes or so to go and we won 3-2. Local away day for me so it made it that little bit better!

Posh or Derby next I bet

I wonder if he will do it again on away days. Seem to remember him doing it at Forest a few seasons ago.
