  1. City grew in confidence after falling a goal behind. Excellent crossfield passing from Naismith has released Sykes on the right. Knight looked great in the last 20 minutes culminating in that drive to the disallowed goal. Lots of touches in Hull's penalty area, 9 shots on goal, but Williams should have buried his chance. Must get something from this very open game.
  2. Some of our approach play has been great with terrific diagonals from Naismith to Sykes, but no goals - yet.
  3. I'm guessing we'll only see Gardiner-Haskins at home.
  4. Not forgetting my all-time favourite double barrel, Super Bobby-Taylor.

  13. Also on Spotify, Google, Apple : MILLWALL [A] the verdict ..... James late winner gives right outcome in hard fought game | Forever Bristol City Podcast (podbean.com) Few could have predicted a thoroughly convincing win at the always difficult to play at New Den after last Saturday's disappointing season opener vs. PNE, but win City did thanks to Matty James 94th minute strike which sent the fans travelling army into raptures. Ian, Mark & DaveP discuss the match action where Vyner & Dickie were imposing at the back, the midfield trio played as a highly effective unit and Harry Cornick showed there is perhaps a bit more to his game than being a long throw specialist. The trio discuss how the Scott money should be spent, that Vyner needs a much improved offer NOW and what should we make of Steve Lansdown's comments in his interview with the Guernsey Post
