I had a quick look at the rugby tickets for this evening, thought I’d show my wallet some respect and decided against it.
I had a look yesterday and immediately said na **** that!

Can see Norwich game being played but will be very surprised if next weekends game goes ahead. Which IMO makes it an even worse decision to postpone today's game.

I'm going to miss that crest. It is, like the Rovers kit and ground, one of the worst in the league. To align their brand with their current values, though, they could use an image of an aging saddo checking for City's score on his mobile. Like the photo our friend Miah uses (no offence).
They unique I'll have you know.
(Uniquely shit)

Apparently according to Joey the reason he can’t get players to come to them is because the house prices in Bristol are so expensive
What an absolute weapon.

Joey Barton's Rovers in familar territory with similarities to last season
Good old Sam Frost reporting again.
Whereas Rovers apparently have made a confident start to L1 with 8 points from 7 games. Their opponents on Sat (MK Dons) have made an "underwhelming" start with 7 points from their 7 games (only 1 point difference).
Nothing about half of the Rovers points came against teams without a win all season, and one of those teams had a man sent off in the first minute.
Another team in the bottom 4 (FGR's) only win this season has been away at the Gas as well.
Hmm... wait until they play Ipswich, Sheff Wed, Charlton, Plymouth, Bolton, Derby and the like.
C'mon Sam a bit more realism please. This season is going to be a struggle for the Rovers. Let's have some honesty.
As someone stated previously, I genuinely think he is shit scared of Barton, worried about upsetting him.

Do you get annoyed by his excuses. It frustrates I get that. We’ve had to deal with it , especially against warnocks teams However, it’s part of the game, shithousing your way to a away win or draw. There’s no right or wrong way to play football
You should know by now, it's everyone else's fault except Barton's. Never heard the knob take responsibility for anything.

I never thought a Gash manager would come along who we could detest more than Hollowhead, but that absolute drumstick makes it an extremely close run thing!

Morecambe fans singing "Just like Morcambe your city is red!" and "You're just a shit Bristol City".
Also "You only sing when you're drawing" and "Shall we sing a song for you?" as well as their classic "Bring me sunshine".
Similar to us singing at Blackburn today.
'Just like Bristol you're Rovers are shit'

We don't have cars parked behind the goal - you're thinking of Chelsea circa 1975
Who said anything about behind the goal? Majority of your shots probably go out for a throw in, isn't there a car park behind that canopy looking thing you call a stand?

Presumably they don't have the issue of new players using the trite "...the training ground really sold it to me". Something of the Low Performance Centre about it, plus that errant pallet is a real trip hazard.
It is literally a clubhouse, they couldn't even get that right in the planning so had to alter it, don't even get me started on that tin hut where Titchmarsh keeps his mower and his pitchfork.

What a dump. Mind you if you listen to the Billy bullshitters their training ground is the envy of many along with their (shit) support.
