See Powers relationship with the Swindle faithful continues to prosper
A tweet from him tonight
Delighted our fans have decided to welcome me by attending tonight's game dressed up as empty red seats. #stfc

See young Jack Marriott scored again for Luton - seven for the season
One to take a punt on and develop for me
Swindle losing at home again
-
Well Done La Bleu
more importantly - anyone have an update on Birmingham ?

Surprise surprise SC moaning about the referee and claiming we were tired / didn't have the zip having been on the road
no more excuses Ffs

Good post match interview from SC, his most positive of the season, that I've heard.
Agree - def the most buoyant he's been this season
just get a smell/vibe of a new face coming in ?
He made a little cryptic comment about possibly a new bench on Saturday and seemed very pleased about something (Accepting he was pleased with performance)
Could have read read him wrong but don't rule out another one in possibly one that's got Cotts chirpy
-
Oh dear never mind
not really deserved but hey s**t happens
-
Tbf to the Sags thought they've played some half decent stuff , for L2 at least
- despise that ****** Clarke with a passion but somebody has been doing some work on the training ground
-
Doesn't mean it was gifted though. I just hate how any goal we concede is entirely our fault, and any goal we score is entirely our own brilliance. Two teams playing.
Think even our manager made himself clear about the goals conceded in his I/v CR
-
Gifted?
Two very good corners whipped in with pace and precision, difficult to defend against. Not saying we couldn't have done better but any chance we might recognise that goals we concede are not always entirely our own fault?
If we'd have scored those, we'd all be saying what a great corner and a great header.
Any pro will tell you the biggest crime in conceding goals is doing so from set pieces, unless it's an absolutely worldy
-
Makes me laugh when I hear supporters saying all we need to do is take our chances and stop conceding goals
No **** Sherlock !
Footballs ultimately what you do in both boxes

Not really a nightmare. I think it will sum up our season: mixed results throughout for a mid to lower table finish. The danger for me is that I get a bad feeling that Cotterill will be gone by Christmas
At least he pointed out on Thursday it's not his fault
-
Who scored?
Codger
-
Koger can't finish....and we can't defend set pieces....both goals no one on the back post and free headers past Hamer ....
Can't finish ???
He's 'learning' apparently
-
So Wolves, Forest, Ipswich and Wednesday are all losing at home. Are they supposed to panic now too?
With their squads and transfer business , Florist except perhaps , I would guess they probably arnt
-
Little off. He looks miles away from match fit.
He's not !
Tbf to the lad he had a nasty injury which many underestimate the seriousness off - affects your whole body movement / running etc
When I've seen him he's 'carrying' the injured shoulder - hasn't looked comfortable at all and physicality / power is a large part of his game
-
Let's hope Burnley switch off in the same way thenWe can still get 3 pts from this game, 45 minutes left to do what we did against Leeds in 8.
We can always reinforce from our full bench of options...... Oh hang on.....

will we get all the 'we battered them' spin again
Statistics reeled out....
Footballs about what you do in both boxes

Two corners - basic basic basic

Ta Griffin
What a cracking goal !
Great team play , fantastic finish - Right Foot too !!!

No - Wasn't saying there wasThere is absolutely nothing to read into that then.
Was answering a direct q from another on forum asking what was said re transfers
Cotts usual stance on transfers which I'm fine with
Cotts wouldn't have said if Messi was in the dressing room having just signed a 5yr contract - we all realise that

George Ferguson seems to like the Sags, given he retweets their goal updates on Twitter...
Strange man.
Election not far away - when it comes let's make sure we City Fans make sure this idiot clown gets a large size 10 out the door - worst thing (other than the Sags) to ever happen to Bristol

Loved the texts to RB
At least two saying
'Great to be playing CHAMPIONSHIP football'. HAPPY DAYS'
-
Any comment on potential transfers?
Not really
Reporter - 'got to ask you any news on transfers'
SC (a very short and sharp) No
Reporter 'are you dissapointed Andre Gray decided to go to Burnley
SC (Anothervery short and sharp) No
Reporter - if you don't make any signings will you be happy with the squad you've got
SC (a very short and sharp) Yes
At that point the poor old reporter realised , with good humour that he was flogging a proverbial dead horse !!!!
