As others have said, it sounds like she only needs a tablet.
You can pick up Amazon Fire tablets for less than £100. Obviously at that price they are not top of the range, but they are decent for email/shopping.
If you want something higher end, then as swanker says, an iPad would be perfect.

If that's the same gag I've heard him tell often, I'll never hear it again without thinking of him....

In honesty I thought Stoney was a poor comedian but a genuinely generous man who was a real City character and persona who will be missed by many. Given his long association with City, not just as a supporter, he deserves to be properly remembered by the Club with a fitting tribute. RIP Stoney with condolences to family and friends.
There was a time when every single time I was on a bus he seemed to be on there. And every single time he was telling somebody the "lion escaped from the zoo" joke. It's a terrible joke, but I laughed every single time I heard him telling it to yet another person.

RIP Stoney is trending at 8 on Twitter for the whole of the UK. For a guy known in Bristol to trend that high shows just how loved he was around here. There are some lovely tributes and photos of him being posted as well.

Terrible news, he was a lovely guy and had a knack of making you laugh even if you'd heard the joke 100 times before.
RIP.

Mediator
Mediators are poetic, kind, and altruistic people, always eager to help a good cause.
Hmm, sort of. But I've never enjoyed poetry.

Oh come on, at the very very least you’ll know of the ice age.
Yes, but the claim was "survived". Try telling the woolly mammoths that it was survivable.
Closer to us, it's likely that Neanderthals went extinct because of a changing climate.
Those examples are of course because of natural climate change. As you said, previous climate change was caused by things like volcanic eruptions. This time though, it's us.

she’s a young, manipulated kid who should just go to school and stop being a puppet ...
She's 19, mandatory education in Sweden ends at 17.
Rather ironic that you accuse her of being a puppet, when all you've done is regurgitate lies you've been told (private jets, "go to school!" etc).
I always think of this cartoon when it comes to climate change deniers.

I genuinely can't tell if that is real.

More like Charredwood.
