  1. There's one big massive flaw with your argument. The vaccines do help reduce the spread.
  2. Did my post give the impression that I think medically exempt people are the same as the selfish anti-vaxxers? Those that are medically exempt are clearly not selfish. They are also the same people that will be trapped at home while the selfish anti-vaxxers make it dangerous for those with medical conditions to go out.
  3. I feel better about those people as they are far less likely to spread it. Plus they made an effort to protect others, unlike the selfish anti-vaxxers.
  4. It's not blackmail. It's not even close to being blackmail.
  5. Nobody is making you do anything you don't want to. But as there are lots of us that don't want unvaccinated people spreading the disease around us, you do not get to infringe on our rights by attending sporting events and nightclubs. You have a choice whether to have it. But without rules? Nobody else would have the choice of anti-vaxxers sitting next to us. So? More people get seriously ill from the disease than from the vaccine. You're undermining your own argument.
  6. He didn't get as seriously ill as he would have without the vaccine. He also was much less likely to pass it onto anybody else once he had it. I am not a fan of this government (that's an understatement!), but public health is different to other things they are and are not doing.
  7. It's hardly sneaky, they've told you about it in advance.
  8. It works in reducing the risk of catching it and spreading it. And it reduces the chances of becoming seriously ill. Nobody has ever claimed it's 100% effective.
  9. They retract laws all the time. Or do you think we are currently living under same restrictions we had back in January?
  10. Yes, that's a choice. Taking away choice would be the threat of a huge fine or being put in prison. Needing a vaccine to go to the football isn't forcing anybody to do anything.
  11. Nobody is being forced to have it. Everyone has the choice.
  12. Looks like Bristol Live are sending out a call for Dopey Darrell to return.
  13. Death or the average City season? Hmmm, I'm not saying I'd choose death, but I'd have to think about it.
  14. There's no force. But if you want to attend events/nightclubs then you have to follow the rules that are there to protect others. You can pass.
  15. You wouldn't be allowed in if you refused a search. This is the same principle, prove you're not an obvious danger to others, or find something else to entertain you.
  16. It's a good move for him as he'll get a role in Deadpool 3. Whereas all the 15ers could offer was a dead club.
  17. Just combine Bristol and Cardiff. Brisdiff or Cartol.
  18. It's how it was when this competition was announced. There was even talk of the team being renamed (Western Fire I think) to avoid alienating the Glos and Somerset fans.
  19. Well the team representing Gloucestershire and Somerset is..... Welsh Fire. They really didn't think that one through. ?
  20. It still amazes me that radio stations and Top of the Pops didn't realise that The Shaman were basically just shouting "E's ARE GOOD!" ?
  21. If I was wearing a gas shirt, I'd want a Brown Paper Bag for my head.
