A good start is absolutely key. They are shit at home and no thanks to their fans getting on their back all the time, they tend to make a decision within 5 minutes whether it'll be hostile or not as a fan base.
I mentioned this to a Middlesex mate of mine and he came back with we were 7 down and likely to bowl again. I replied that they had a batsman set on 120 odd and an opener still at the crease. He changed the subject.
