He must be older than that if he's retiring! My guess is 1010

He might have been born on 29th February so could be 40 in real money.

I've been impressed. I know it's a low bar, and certainly Man City have been helping with their wasteful attacks (are they aiming for our goalie?) but could we avoid defeat?

    0-0 ht

Yeah, pretty much every shot`s been straight at Yanez. They are spending too much time faffing about around our box - if they just went direct we`d be in trouble.

I noticed we were last on for the Rotherham game, and we normally are at the ass end of the highlights, and only a few seconds long

Regarding the kick off times of the five championship games

Sky have stated that the full live will be announced up to January 2025

So if all five games are put on at 12:30pm up against BT/TNT prem game

There will be no need to adjust fixtures

If the five games are spread over fri/sat/sun/mon OTHER fixtures MIGHT have to be re-arranged

The reason I stated about the ITV/AGM on thursday is the fact that in my opinion ITV would only have friday and saturday games to show highlights

OR they will have a second highlights show on Monday/Tuesday.

So I will ask the question about HIGHLIGHTS coverage to see what the situation might become.

On the first weekend of the season 2024/25 we will be away due the balloon fiesta taking place

I think on that weekend only, it WILL be fri/sat/sun/mon as there are no prem games

We might not be away on the first weekend if they pick us for a Monday night game.

Coming from Stoke fans. The toilet of the UK.

When Viz did their first book of Crap Towns they couldn`t decide which of Stoke or Hull should get the accolade so revisited both to make their minds up. What swung it for Hull was that the first thing they saw after leaving the station was a human turd in a phone box.

I’m not so sure that Brum won’t win. Norwich may be saving themselves for the playoffs. Hull (v Plymouth) are likely to be still trying to get into the playoffs.

Either way it`s going to be a cracking final day, should be great entertainment

Birmingham have to win against Norwich though. A draw isn’t enough. I think this year is finally their time…

Realistically they do have to win as Plymouth aren`t going to lose by five at home to Hull. I guess that game will be one of the live ones on Sky and will sell out for sure. Home Park is a bloody hard place to get anything if the home fans are up for it as they surely will be.

I think today confirmed two things:

    - We’re not signing him

    - There have to be clauses in the loan with Westerlo that say we get penalties if he’s not in the squad. There is no other rational explanation for his continued presence on the bench but not the pitch.

I felt really sorry for him today - looked over at about 65 minutes and the other subs were warming up but he was just sat there. He knew he was never getting on. Got to be soul destroying for him.

I`ve spotted the flaw in your argument. We only get penalties if he is in the squad....................................................

Perhaps he`s telepathic and influences the ref from the bench. It would explain a lot and is the only rational explanation in my opinion.

I haven’t seen any match report yet having just got back from AG.

The pen would have put Lincoln 1 up. Pompey then got one on the break and another late on. Like I said, different game if The Imps scored first but that`s football!

Bummer that Lincoln missed out by losing to already promoted Pompey…….…:(

Might have been different if they`d scored the pen that would have put them one up. You have to feel for the player, what a time to slip!

15/24 confirmed for next season! If one of Leeds, Leicester or Southampton don’t go up I think they’ll coast it next year but couldn’t tell you the rest of the top 6 for the life of me.

    Leicester are already up

Unfortunately I see Plym dropping from here. They have Hull who will also need a win to get in the play offs while Brum have Norwich who are already in the play offs and might want to rest a few.

Owls & Blackburn aren`t completely out of it. Owls go to Sunderland and Blackburn to Leicester next week and Owls GD is horrendous compared to the others.

Huddersfield (as good) as down. Looks to be between Birmingham and Plymouth. Would need both to win to drag Sheff Wed back in to it.

Can we finally flush them Bham down the bowl?

Yeah, shame Argyle let that one in late on. Owls could still be in it due to their GD though, it`s miles worse than anyone else.
