GJ did it a Reading infront of the 50000 city fans if I remember correctly.
(50000 ?!#@. Must remember to chuck my Rovers abacus in the bin)

I think part of the problem on the left is that CP has failed to reach the exceptional levels of last season which means who ever is playing infront has more defensive duties to think of. I would like to see Mehmeti behind Conway in a free creative roll without the defensive responsibilities as undoubtedly with ball at feet he is exactly what defenders hate.

I thought Knight had a really good game. Involved in so much offensively and defensively, was a pain in the arse for Boro all game. We have signed a goodun there.

I would rather we still had NP as our manager but can see no problem with this. He is on a hiding to nothing at the moment, a large% of the fan base are wishing failure/ ambivalent and will pick up on anything negative. Not his fault, down to the owners. Conversely there is nothing wrong with observation/ constructive criticism.

You are joking. NP defences were some of the worst I have seen at City. The amount of games we threw away in the last few minutes should have cost home his job on its own.
Not this season.

My only observation is that the keystone cops defending reappeared which had been eradicated by the previous management. Can't say I enjoyed the watch, particularly first half, but loved the result.

Hope Conway isnt isolated up front again.

Funnily enough, tomorrow's opponents old ground ( Ayresome Park) had a great atmosphere, always an intimidating place to go but a proper ground.

Wondering if this is seed sowing for the release of James and King. Paranoia I know, but don't know this poster.

Thought the game was crying out for Naismiths passing and delivery.

Seriously so after 4 days of working with exactly the same players as Pearson (nige) to his fans, you expect a drastic transformation?
No but I don't expect worse.

In some ways I preferred Brum away last season, at least there was something to talk about. This was just turgid shit.

Livid with the Lansdowns, it’s all underwhelming for me but will back him and hope he does well. Glad it’s over though as there has been some absolute horseshit posted over the last 8 days on this forum
Yes and there has been some absolute horseshit voiced by the club.

I haven't involved myself In too much of this furore that has surrounded NPs dismissal but as an older supporter I have to say that the prospect of any of the names mentioned as future managers fills me with dismay. I had the pleasure of meeting Nigel once and found him engaging and knowledgeable with regards to football and clearly our club was on a positive upward trajectory. I no longer live in the UK but have watched every game this season and as someone who played the game I can't believe what is going on. The current guardians of this wonderful football community are taking advantage of our loyalty and support. For me that is enough

There is no way this can be allowed to drift to page 2. Their situation will always be funnier than ours.
Ours is more depressing!

More than likely, the new man will be in charge by Saturday I reckon. Therefore any chants should be pre game, as the team and new manager need our support during it.
So your voice doesn't matter then?.

Well at least our owner won't have to fork out much for the drinks bill for the journey home. You won't win anything with kids!

Unlucky not to get a point out of that tonight. Controlled the last 20 minutes of the game. Just lacking that bit of quality. Yeboah needs to slow his brain down and just make a decision in his head and go with it. He’s got ability, just needs to calm it down a bit.
Yeboh is 17 think you need to calm down.

I think we deserve a draw.
It doesn't matter whether it's deserved or not, we never get it. Club mentality me thinks.

Conway is giving their back 4 too easy a time. If he starts expect more.

We can't get Conway in the game!

The creative opportunities keep falling to Bell whose delivery and decision making is dire.

Just another example of how pointless changing the manager was.
