  1. Lansdown got involved in some of the deals - thats all i'm saying on here.
  2. Undermined for good reason. A reason i wont go into on here.
  3. A myth. He was backed, but he went for unrealistic targets, such as dwight gayle. Another myth. Plenty of player sales and he was usually spending money to replace player. And we were moving up the table, where yes, the wage bill did go up, but so did we up the table. Which was never going happen under cotts
  4. Dont just focus on negatives - an average start after 3 games - but there are positives, including a good performance away from home. And plenty of youngsters -who will inevitably have bad games.
  5. I’m not the one setting the wage budget, moreover, I’m pretty sure Luton had a smaller wage budget than us! Totally confused by this response to be fair! He’s overspent in the past and now he does not want to. And he’s open to investment from outside. Fair enough i say
  6. If he was an average youth team player, with average potential, he would have been sacked for bringing the club into disrepute…. A long time ago
  7. https://www.manutd.com/en/news/detail/man-utd-official-club-statement-on-mason-greenwood-21-august-2023 basically - we wanted to keep him - but everyone would complain, so we'll sell him
  8. Bristol Live "understand" - he wont be coming back. Amazing how 1 random tweet, can make a rumour gather so much pace
  9. To be fair, i didnt know we had the 7th highest attendance. But how many havent been in the prem recently AND have lower crowds than us? I havent got time to look - but i cant imagine its many. ps i'm talking purely financial. Because thats what effects our wage budget. Based on?
  10. Has there been a worst post on otib?
  11. I think we need to accept we are one of the smaller clubs in the division and therefore, we cant sustain a wage bill to compete with most teams. Most teams have been in the prem and gained all the resourses that comes with that (inclduing parachute) or they get much bigger crowds. We got the money - but we dont want to commit to long term big wages,
  12. We shouldnt need something to happen to get the atmosphere going. It should be the opposite - when the team is going through a tough moment - we should get louder.
  13. I think thats exactly what AJ needed. Like when a striker scores a goal - that knockout should give AJ the belief again. In his power. Hoping we see a better AJ. Still think Wilder is the favourite - but if AJ is in a confident mood, we have a very good fight on our hands As for Chisora - the guy badly needs to retire. Too many punches taken. He's gonna end up very punch drunk
  14. Well you did. You are trying to judge a whole group of people, based on your perception.
  15. So you think every saudi would have the same views ??
  16. Not if they pay him his contract in full - they would have fulfilled their obligations within the contract
  17. Seems to me, they were going to re-introduce him into the squad - but then got a load of stick, when rumours got out. He should be gone. But sums up man utd as a club.
  18. I have many 'debates' with him on facebook. He's a Tory boy - but supports them like they are a football team, to whom he must stay loyal ?
  19. Had to unhide mine - Thought i had set it to automatically update - hoping we dont have to do that everytime
