Players are fitter not getting injured like last season, he’s bringing the youth through, we are now difficult to beat and we are around mid table with the players putting a shift in. Gradually getting there - a couple more tweaks and new players and we will be up there

NP is doing exactly what is required. Tighten up at the back and build from that base. Won’t be great for a while but things will improve if we are difficult to beat.
