This explains why their recent form has been a bit sheikhy.

Show some respect for our mega rich neighbours. No more "mind the gap". Just " mind the gulf"

The Return of the Five Pillars .. Yayyyy...

Is it a coincidence that since the introduction of this concept, the only success we've had was when it was, if not abandoned, significantly pushed into the background? -
Oh, that's a pity. With your success on the pitch and our current shambles, it's just about the only fixture I'm interested in!

Genuine question, when is their next fixture against Sainsbury's? I thought it was this month.

Definitely didn't want to upset his players by talking about new players coming in. They were his players and he could see them improving week by week (really?). They always gave everything, win, lose or draw. Very loyal to his team. But what about some loyalty to the club, the owner and the fans? If what you have isn't good enough no amount of loyalty is going to improve the situation.

I was wondering why the new forum looked so good, then you drag up a rag ass topic like this and spoil it! ;-)

I heard on the news that Sainsburys have replaced Asda for second place as the most successful supermarket. Rovers' fans' campaign going well then.

Unless you are a banker, or Dopey. But then Dopey is a bit of a banker. At least I think that's what some of our lot have been chanting.

On the front of the train hurtling towards them?

Most of them seem to be rather dense. I heard one muppet on the radio this a.m. suggest that the judge should have reached a decision based on common sense and not just a point of law. Priceless!

I suspect it will a legal and financial compromise. If there was a clear breach of contract by either party I can't imagine it would have taken so long to arrive at a judgement. So no winners and no losers IMO. Though financially it will almost certainly hurt the ex non league team.

Only gossip, but the wife of a friend works in the offices at the UWE, heard that the powers that be are no longer interested in the Rovers relocating there. In fact it's fairly common knowledge there that they want an end to this asap. They want to develop the site for educational use, not footie.

Is it a bus? Donkey & cart would be more appropriate. (can't risk a horse!)
