They won’t, can’t and don’t turn this around.
They’re finished.

Sorry guys just so I’m clear what we think happened. Nige and Tinnion have had a fall out behind the scenes… all started to get sour. And we chose the side of someone who failed as a manager vs someone who is Proven to have built squads, got promoted and managed in the top flight.
Know it’s never as black and white as that but if this decision was made for “progressive” reasons.. why is the old boys club more importantIn a nutshell, yes.
I am completely flabbergasted that a man who failed miserably, in a league below, is now in charge of all football operations.

As Nige said all but one of the 11 injuries were impact injuries sustained in matches and unavoidable. They were obviously throwing that flimsy excuse about poor training at him as a prelude to initiating their masterplan.
Yes , exactly this. They really must think we’re all stupid.

He’s come a long way from simply being loan manager in a short space of time.
I wonder what prompted his promotion.
Or rather, who’s dick he’s sucking.

Yeah - I'm not saying I buy it. Just that the very clear implication in Tinnion's interview is that we're not doing better because the squad won't stay fit.
Yeah, that how I heard it too. It might explain why Rennie went too. But he and JL are clearly implying this is one of the main reasons Nige was sacked - it’s such a cop out!

I think Tinnion answers - accurately or otherwise - in the interview. It seems to be fairly clearly about the ability to keep the squad fit and injury free. True or not, that seems to be what he's pinning it on.
Weren’t we told that only one injury wasn’t an impact injury? Not sure how Nige etc can be held responsible for that.

I was just about ready to knock it all on the head after the news broke about Nige.
These two interviews have just clarified things for me. Never been so disenchanted with this football club.
Utterly despicable.

The only thing I’m getting from these two car crash interviews is that OTIB was bang on the money about everything.

Really if that’s the case where is Sir Alex or I would like to put a bet on Big Ron, of course they mean something they don’t need to be in the know to create an educated list.

Eustace in to 13/8 and Rowett 5/2. Two horse race maybe, both 8/1 yesterday.
You do realise this means nothing, right? Odds are shortening simply because of where people are placing their bets. Bookies know nothing, just like us.
-
I think it will be Eustace but I would rather Nige stayed.

Christ. I am double done.

He laid the foundations for Leicester’s premier league successes before they even knew he had done.
Perhaps he has done the same for us with championship promotion. We just don’t know it yet.

But seriously, yes, I spoke to a researcher for about 2 minutes and gave my opinion that Nige's sacking was simply a symptom of a poorly run club and that as City fans we had become used to these kind of poor decisions with no obvious plan going fwd.
Maybe I underestimated that 606 is now just a bit of light-hearted Sunday night entertainment, and someone slurring their words in a strong regional accent is more entertaining than someone wanting to talk seriously about a club Chris Sutton admitted they had "no idea" about.
Frustrating.
TalkSport tomorrow - we go again
I’d like to think you might be taken a bit more seriously on that platform

Seems so.
King, James, and Tommy doubtful - not sure if flu or injured.
Tanner, Vyner, Williams, Wells, and Naismith still out.
Gone beyond the bare bones with Atkinson not back till January and no updates on Benarous or McCrorie (other than he's had his op).
Eleven first teamers out..
So, the fit outfield players are;
Sykes, Cornick, Roberts, TGH, Knight, Bell, Pring, and Dickie. Mehmeti available but out of favour.
Weimann?
The response!
