Really pleased with that as 3 weeks ago we wasn't sure i we would have a club until Power sold up. The few professionals we had only stated pre/ season training around the same time and within the last 2 weeks we've brought in 11 players who haven't even had time to gel together and there's still more to follow. The best thing I've seen is the new owner sat amongst the fans celebrating behind the goal! Very early days but there's an energy about the club again and have to say how well Ben Garner speaks and maybe the horse punchers were too soon to sack him as the guy clearly has a vision along with the new owner and director of football we have in place.

Some of his headers for City, Bornemouth & Pompey were top notch but he's just too slow and immobile for the modern game

Pompey released him because he was lazy, Sheriden always blasted him for his fitness and being over weight and mainly used him as a sub as he simply dosen't run for the team. You guys definitely had the best out of him but at his age he's easily marked out of the game and then contributes very little. Think of him now like a Steve Claridge just hanging around the six yard box!

If they get him the ball in the six yard box he will score goals but don't expect him to chase back and help out the team as he's too unfit and lazy and not much more than a bench warmer Witt 20 minutes to go and the reason Pompey sold him
