There was one later on when Kent kept claiming for a wide and the umpire ignored them! (Ian Backwell?).

I couldn't understand how a Somerset player was given out for being caught off a wide yet a Kent player misses and the wide is given.

Two wides signalled in present over. How about they gift one run for the first wide, two runs for the second wide and so on. Would sort out wides in limited overs!

Is Bairstow picked because he was in good form last summer and is a favourite partner of Stokes? If so they're not going to move him to no. 3.

Just hoping that Bairstow is up for it in his role as wicketkeeper in the next 3 tests, Australia will be devastated if they are given out the same way!

Do they give bollockings anymore, won't it just be put down as another average day? I'm still convinced that having won nearly everything last year that their mindset was world beaters rather taking Australia seriously. Admitting that things had gone wrong would mean admitting that their preparation for this series was too casual. Back to body line? ?
