West Ham, Forest, Middlesbrough, Southampton was progression and they all trump a small setback today.

I think we missed Pring today and Mehmeti seems to play better with him.

I think we need to take a step back and look at the bigger picture. We are undoubtedly progressing, albeit slowly and you are bound to get good performances with the odd poor performances thrown in.... especially at the end of a mad run of games which we have had. We need to get the number and regularity of those poor performances reduced and that will happen. I take the positive view that we have shown in the last 4 or 5 games that we can pay brilliantly and beat anyone on our day - and those type of performances will be repeated going forward....it's the same.players and same coach.

He has clearly shown to those involved in his signing that he is a decent player...and it wouldn't have just been Manning who made that decision. The young lad was probably nervous as anything today, so let's not write him off after 20 minutes where everyone else around him was dreadful as well.

I would say that Nigel and Liam were both responsible for this excellent performance.

Totally agree, he is going to be awesome for us

...and I thought having McCrorie outside him on the wide right not only made us better defensively but also gave us an attacking threat down that side. I think McCrorie showed signs of how good he can be and Tanner in that position will only get better.

Why is our season done?

There are so many posts on here obsessing about the transfer fee and salary. Why can we just let the club deal with all that financial stuff and just be grateful that we are actually getting a decent player on board.
