One of the blue few in work is a rugby fan too. He posted the vid of the Bears players singing Blackbird all celebrating their great win, on the works WhatsApp.
a few mins later a city fan posted the 2nd vid of Joe Joyce.
in the space of a few mins he went from hero to

    ‘what a asshole’

I know a few Sags who were watching last night. Celebrating wildly and then hearing that and watching them go into instantaneous meltdown was absolutely ******* priceless! “Shithead Lady Garden! Turn it off! Turn that ******* shithead off and turn it back on in a minute”.

”******* hell! Blackbird! ******* shithead song. Turn the ******* thing off again!”

Oh the GIFT ? just keeps on giving!

    ????????

They do love a lady garden ??

If Sky can get rid of Tommo, Le-tis & Charlie, and the BBC can get rid of the Question of Sport team, then I'm putting in a WOKE complaint right now to get this dirty song banned:laugh:

Anyone caught singing it to be fined 1000th of a Tilson and ordered to take a bath, haircut, dentist visit, and to throw out any Stone Washed denim jackets.

I know of one character still wearing the same stone washed denim jacket he wore on the tote back in the 70s caught in a banjo island time warp

Nothing on their forum about the season ending today, but a thoughtful thread about if next season had to be played behind closed doors.

    https://gaschat.co.uk/thread/16321/theoretically

Just wondering, if it were decided that next season’s games were to all be played behind closed doors ( or even if say there was a delayed start to the season followed by at least half the season behind closes doors), would we have to play the games at the Mem, or theoretically could we host competitive matches at The Colony?
If this were the case it would allow time for some renovations at The Mem or may even just be cheaper to operate than an empty stadium on match day. The only issue i see is it would be harder to keep fans out.

Surely if the 2metre rule is changed we could play games with a small crowd at a safe distance using just the seats available it would bring in some income ?

Its a field with a portakabin you TIT

I'm a bit bored in a zoom meeting which is going on for ever with some smarmy yank waffling away ('Hey Buck,' arsehole) so I've been doing a little comparison between delusion central and one of the teams the druggy said they are bigger than. I'll leave you to draw your own conclusions as it's obviously too tight to call.

I don't see how anyone can separate the 2 TBH. ?

As you rightly say ska this one is way to close to call maybe they are on a par with norwich thou accorrding to icegas ?? personally i think if they are looking for comparisions then maybe they should try Bitton fc or Mangotsfield fc even these two have facilites that look far more like real stadiums iam really struggling to think who they are comparable with ????

Thing is, we’ve seen enough examples of this sort of delusion over the years to know that these beliefs are pretty much the norm up at the Mem amongst the blue few.

Imagine standing in a half empty, 12k capacity stadium full of tents and chatting about how much bigger ‘da Gas’ are than clubs like Fulham, Charlton and Blackburn Rovers?

    Absolute weapons. ?

Its mind boggling aint it ?????????????????
