  1. I wish Southgate would at least try in one friendly palmer, saka and foden behind Kane with Bellingham next to rice. Lose a bit dropping Bellingham back but gain so much more with palmer on the field instead of another DM...

  2. fairly poor I thought, just that most decisions went in our favour!

stopped the game for a ball the gut, didn't stop the game when one of ours got a boot to the head and went down?

not a brilliant display, but we got the run of the green for sure

  3. I've been watching Man City v Real... after the manic opening it's just annoying watching the play acting, and sad to see Spain turning Jude into a total cheating injury feigning diving so and so...  may switch to Arsenal game for second half...

  4. that game was mad!

I've been hooked on the IPL since lockdown...

RR playing today, also my team, though mainly as they are named after my local curry house :)

I'm not sure having brief spells in the top flight in the last 30 years makes a club "not dull".

Reading are a dull club in a dull town with a dull stadium and could yet drop into the bottom division.

What we are, is the consistently most underperforming club in the land, given some of the advantages we should have.

maybe a brief spell in the top flight doesn't make you 'not dull', but it's the journey to get there and the promotion(s) before it that I envy...

I've had a season ticket 12 or 13 years and the highlight was promotion from L1 (and the cup run under LJ). One and a half seasons out of 12. Meh.

Which is quite impressive when margins are so fine, and the impact of dehydration on performance is well documented.

yep, I can't question anybodies religion, but I have been very worried about health when managing workers on site observing ramadan!!!

    Drama and entertainment.

yep, for all their quality, I can't ever get too excited watching Man City... just like Pep's Barcelona. Bores me.

Liverpool were coasting. Klopp brought a fair few youngsters on for experienced pros and they seemed to lose their way. If i was a Liverpool fan i would be fuming with him.

yep, I can't understand making subs that weaken your team when you're 1 goal away from ET...

but I've just enjoyed a great game with over 50 shots... makes it all the harder watching Manning ball...

(but we won our cup final, we beat Southampton!)!

Three of the four quarter finals have been brilliant games with amazing finishes

Idiot scoring the winner is sent off and assume he'll miss the final now?

    miss the semi, won't he??
