I also find this interesting. I imagine the council will try and squeeze every last penny out of this development, but you never know. We got our new stadium in the end didn’t we.
The height might be ok when you think of the precedent the council has recently set including the height of the Lansdown stand and that development near bemmy train station. I think I read that got the green light? I think it will depend ultimately on what it does to the skyline from various viewpoints. We must have one or two planners in our fan base who are itk...
Not sure how popular the hotel would be unless it had a great conference program. If I was a visitor to Bristol I can think of far nicer locations to wake up in.

This is a difficult one. He has amazing pace and can turn whilst receiving the ball BUT his end product in passing and shooting is awful, he gives away some stupid free kicks and his marking from set pieces is poor.
Normally I would think he could be coached but I have the feeling he lacks football intelligence and plays from instinct. Considering the rebuild we need, I would sell for £4 mil providing there were good sell and appearance kickers

Absolutely so.
Certainly can argue he never got a chance, from memory he only got an hour in one game v Swansea & 2 brief-ish sub appearances.
For those who claim he is someone we miss, I genuinely don’t know how you can have an opinion either way, based on that tiny sample size.
What this season has showed is that he is clearly very good at League One level, but for him & Peterborough, next season will be a totally different test.
Very hard for any creative player to thrive in our negative system at that time

Great player, I remember him belting Gerry Gow as they were walking off at halftime because Gerry had got a bit lippy

That’s a good call, Semenyo for Pato or COD, I reckon that could work with our system. He’d bit a tad more direct.
I think if he played in midfield he would pick up too many yellow cards because his tackling style is poor. Also we have enough converted forwards in midfield

Considering the current economic climate and feelings about the recent coaching appointments, if the club offered a full 100% refund on the season ticket how many would take it
I certainly would think seriously about it

Look we played FGR and our midfield got overrun. We had to play on the break. Our promised miracle midfield star is injured yet again.
Player quality you can't do much about but motivation, organisation and game management comes from the coaching staff and the head of our coaching teams prefers to be as far from the players as possible.
