From what I’ve heard, which tbf isn’t 100% reputable, Scott will 100% get a bid of £25m. It’s not clubs saying for £25m is he worth that? It’s clearly their managers/directors of football saying should we sign this youngster for £25m who will be good but not as good as we need right away. Or another player for 35-40 who will most likely come straight into the team to do a job.
Adding to that the amount of quality midfielders moving this window is a little mad, most teams are looking for their 1st name on team sheet midfielder which Alex won’t be straight away for most prem clubs.
Once those deals have been sorted, the teams with money to spend will come in for him. 100%.
We will 100% get a £25mil bid...coming from the not 100% reputable source

I don't recall seeing that photo before, but it is somewhat unfortunate, perhaps disrespectful even, that Steve's son has hand in his pocket on such a commemorative occasion.
Really? We may not agree with some of his decision making, ie on kit designs. But to bash him for that on a photo from 5.5 years ago because you haven't seen it before now, is a bit much. I'm sure it didn't ruin Steve's day

If true, could this be linked to why shorts, socks and other hummel clothing has been added to the rewards scheme for the equivalent points of roughly £10 and under, trying to clear stock? Also only certain sizes with some items, we never usually sell cheaper this early on in a season, if at all

I know it isn't the case for everyone, but for me personally the official club twitter/Facebook/insta is my "official" source. I can't even remember the last time I looked on the OS

Another bizzare statement, it also seems they don't actually own the land some of the pitch is on.

Good luck to Coventry with him. There is undoubted talent there, however my gut feeling is he's another Liam Walsh on the horizon for them.
Just to be sure I'm not being stupid/confused, do you mean another Liam Walsh, as in a City shirt with the potential that never happened.
Or do you think he is Coventry's 'next' Liam Walsh... the City player that went there, and delivered after a no show for us, and player of the year award for him.
I originally thought you meant the former, but then doubted myself and wasn't sure if you meant he didn't do it here...but would do a Liam Walsh there

It’s lost it’s appeal now they play it when there are still Prem games to be played. Preferred it when it was the weekend after leagues finished.
Agree. When did that happen anyway? Was only today I realised that was the way now

Converting £15m of loans into shares shows that Wael is in it for the long haul; I would have thought that that was very good news for the Rovers: you have a wealthy and committed owner.
Why would they not disclose wages though? Is that common?

Wally is going to do the family fortune on replacement footballs.
This is in the comments on this article. I know we aren't perfect, but surely this didn't happen did it?

Expected after the start to the season, what is people's general feeling now, still wish we'd gone for him or pleased with what we have?

Let's not forget it was 'non league' Barrow that knocked them out of the FA Cup a few years ago and we all pissed ourselves.

A few years on and it's a league fixture for them now. As It stands, Barrow actually sit above them in the football pyramid

Agreed, especially when there were posts from the one who claimed extensive knowledge of what was going on in China and everything was apparently getting back to normal over there way back at the start of the year so there was basically nothing to worry about - what an idiot ...
Can't remember his name off the top of my head....Dave?
