    Strange wording , hardly an asset when it could easily be put to its original purpose. 
          Just like everything in Bristol it’s gets left to deteriorate so eventually has to be flattened as it’s deemed too expensive to repair, exactly what Marvin’s allowing to happen to the Cumberland Basin.

    Alternatively they could reopen it as a public convenience, it’s a shame our mayor can entertain Pie in the sky projects yet can’t find money to run/ maintain the public toilets in Bristol. 
           As an older chap working outside most days I have to go to South Gloucester area to take a p*ss!
