My brother was a coach and manager for a Wiltshire youth club until a few years back. 8 years of dealing with overly competitive coaches, managers and parents finally did it for him. It should be a massively positive environment on a match day, everyone's there for the kids surely? Sadly this sort of behaviour has been going on for years. Really disappointed every time I see it. Sad news.
