Mcllroy and Poulter having a mare but the other games are tight either way.

I'm too busy clapping or gesticulating to have any sort of drink. Mine would either end up spilt under my seat or over the person in the row infront, possibly behind or over myself if we score a la Wells last week.

Weather looks pretty much perfect. Hoping for some good, entertaining golf.
Bring it on!

Anybody remember the The Mont in Montpelier?
Yeh i do. Pretty scabby but always a party going on! Friend rented one of the flats it got turned into, bit odd sitting in there having known it before.
Old E, Cadbury, Beaufort. Some interesting pubs around Montpelier. I used to live opposite the Beaufort for a few years. I'll never miss the Tuesday 7am bottle recycling collections. that's for sure.

What was he actually doing on the pitch? Does he sit on the bench?
I think he did a Price is Right, come on down, arms flailing all the way from the directors area by the looks of it.

He should have his own entrance music like an American wrestler if he's going to do that.
It's just weird.

From a harsh Championship standard point of view, it was average.
As a young lad making his debut at this level for us, it was a decent platform to build on. Good signs there.

That pass by Weimann. Thing of beauty.
MOTM for Bents, great response from him. Massengo a close 2nd with an all action performance.
Feel fortunate to get all 3pts but that was classic Championship football.
Impressed with QPR as well, they played some good stuff.

If you now post with your graphs and charts illustrating what you’ve been saying, that should finish them off!

TWTD forum is a delight this morning. I’m stirring!!
It's working Dave, it's working!
Quote.....seriously you must have something better to do.
I know you support possibly the dullest football club in the entire history of football, but really.
Haven't you got a major trophy to not go and win?QuoteI think we should ignore and ban you now.

Seems like a lifetime ago he was getting virtual pats on the back for getting £20m for Webster.
The Ipswich takeover and his move there would of taken months and months of work. He didn't just jump ship at the last minute. In a year where the club needed to be stronger together, he's busy lining up his next venture.
I honestly don't know too much about Richard Gould but from what i have seen and heard so far he seems the polar opposite of MA, thankfully.

Will Wally hold his nerve and wait for the potential chance to sack him for free in November?
Any other manager would be on the brink right now.

Perfect conditions today. Let's have that home win.

Just reading that she is the first qualifier to ever reach the semi at the US Open. Britain might actually have something special here.

That was a brilliant Ryder Cup. Poulter was unbelievable
It's still one of the greatest moments in sport for me and as i said, golf's not even my favourite. Incredible comeback.

Not a massive follower of the golf season in and out, catch the odd major but i do love the Ryder Cup. I'll actually go out of my way to follow Poulter when he's playing, bloke absolutley loves it, who can ever forget 2012 at Medinah...

I've always liked the old Greek proverb: A society grows great when old men plant trees in whose shade they shall never sit.
Doesn't feel like we do much of that these days, if even we ever did.

Looks like that's our only point out of those matches.
