I think from the point of our own club progression, I’m not bothered where semenyo goes so long as we are adequately compensated that allows us to improve the squad for the short and long term. He is the one player at risk of becoming a Fam/massengo so we need to move him on for as much money as possible

Yes I mean in January but you will of course tell me it’s not that straight forward. Bin off as in get rid of them. At least the ones that have basically not featured like kalas, massengo and Bentley who are in their last year anyway with zero intention to renew. Their wages could be better utilised elsewhere if we can offload them asap and might allow us to have a successful Jan window if we can sort their departures before then or early in the window.

Sell off semenyo for whatever we can get and reinvest. Scott is more influential so needs to stay. bin off the high earners running their contracts down (kalas, Bentley, massengo, wells) and we should then be in a much better place to reinvest wages on a more even keel

Personally think we should simply sell the Crown Jewels (Scott and semenyo) and use the money to reset and rebuild. we’re just going to waste time hanging on to them getting nowhere due to our financial burden

Need a pivot who can take the ball off Naismith, has decent special awareness to turn on a sixpence in tight spaces and move the ball forward/wide quickly. I’d like to see Scott there as he can pass, draw fouls if under pressure and he has the composure to keep the ball. there was very little for option in midfield against qpr. Also when we did get it wide, we wasted the opportunities by not crossing quickly enough or poorly placed crosses that were easily defended.
