Combo of rent to buy, shared ownership and social housing. Ive actually had a look inside - the flats are decent. On ground floor there is a spa area and a huge kitchen /dining area. Its expected that will be turned into something the public can use. Whoever built it, must be looking at a loss as they have been empty for ages now. Bloody waste
