Can see us losing. Reading have a fully fit squad. Ince, Swift, Ejaria and Joao are decent and our defence is a shambles atm. 1-2
-
Although we’ve been playing well for some games. 3 at the back obviously isn’t working defensive wise. Something needs to change so hopefully we revert back to a back 4.

Why would he come back?

He’s just been sacked

With Williams now getting back to fitness it's a real headache as to who he replaces. Scott and Massengo definitely don't get dropped, and with Dasilva getting back into his stride I'd be keeping him in the side. The only feasible way to fit Williams in would be to drop Martin, which is again very harsh as I think he's a solid player for us and a very composed finisher when he gets into the right position.
Atkinson for Odowda once fit and move pring to LWB and that’s a very solid team

He’s just not good enough unfortunately and at fault for a lot of goals

…a nice safe finish. As someone said to me this week, we’ve not been in the bottom 6 all season, we are 13 points clear of Peterborough (0-0 at home v Sheff Utd at h-t) at the mo. We aren’t really looking over our shoulder (imho).
Our performances are improving, the development of Antoine, Han-Noah, Alex and Cam is phenomenal really. Two of them having to play in the cauldron of a Championship midfield, another playing all over the pitch, but now being asked to play in a position where one mistake costs you, the other scoring, assisting for fun since his injury return.
We are working on sorting the finances too. We aren’t risking that with panic buys in January.
I’m as content as one can be after giving up 2 points with 95th minute equaliser. The juggernaut has been turned around, but it takes time to accelerate.
Agree 100%. Play the youngsters as much as possible this season. Scott, HNM and Semenyo past couple games have all been outstanding. Save our money for the summer when it’s easier to do signings.

100% a foul on Pring
Then it’s just poor between Kalas and Vyner. Kalas is just ball watching and in no man’s land as that ball comes in. Perhaps Vyner should have got in tighter - some communication may have helped
Think it’s just a case of someone taking responsibility and staying touch tight to Preston’s top goalscorer in the last minute of the game. The amount of stupid goals conceded this season by mistakes like this is why we’re not joint 5th

he’s mustard
in future;
Williams Massengo
Scott
Weimann Semenyo
that looks so promising

That defending from Vyner is embarrassing. Hate for him to be the scapegoat but he’s not good enough

I’m not even that mad, that second goal for Preston was a worldie and by all accounts we played class for the majority of the game. Would’ve all taken a point at 3pm

When all fit
Tanner Kalas Klose Atkinson Pring
That on paper looks quite strong. However, on paper and on the pitch is obviously very different. You have pace and height there.

Positive was Williams looked class when he came on. Can’t wait to see him James and Scott in a midfield together

Concede 2 again. Gotta score 3 goals to actually win a game. Need to sort out the defence ASAP

Surely the coaches have known we need to work on defending set pieces…embarrassing again

MOL
Vyner Kalas Pring
Scott Williams Massengo COD

got abit of everything in that team. Luton are decent tho and we struggle there. 2-1 or 1-1.
-
I was all for loans up until recently, why develop other teams players when we have good young players of our own

We never seem to do well at Luton in recent years. Preston we’ve been a little bit better and actually beat them for once. And them without Johnson that’s a major boost. Blackpool I think we can also beat.
Things are looking a bit more positive for us since end of Dec, start of Jan so we should be feeling abit more confident. We’re playing with pace on the break now and with James and williams being fit soon that makes us a lot more solid in midfield.
4 points I reckon out of 9
-
ridiculous how good he is for his age
-
Needed the rest and is now looking a lot better. Two great finishes

Webster’s one of the best players I’ve seen down AG. He had everything and made everyone so much better around him.

Williams for Dasilva and move to a 433 and that’s our strongest side atm probably
