The levels of delusion persist, Wilder FFS.

    It'll be Euell.

Agreed if Pearson steps down or is sacked it will be Euell as he 'knows the squad' ..

  2. Does not look a good fit for me, great boss at Luton and I totally respect him as a manager, but he should stay there and finish the job or try to, take them up plus a new ground on the way, appreciate its probably 5k a week or 30k !  get there with Luton and show your worth first like Thomas Frank has done etc...

Cannot understand how you can watch games for which you know the results? stopped watching Match of The Day etc years ago for that very reason.

'Cannot understand'  ....love the show watch of all it enjoy getting info on all sides in each division ..probably less interest in the City highlights if anything as I watch those on the fifteen minute individual game slot as mentioned elsewhere...

In fairness, the Gas were decent I thought . They carried a threat & looks like another decent loan signing up too for them whilst Collins was a threat. Very physical and pressed well. I thought they would get beat tonight but deserved a result.

Agreed, thought they played quite well and looked much more fluid than a predictable Barry Bannon reliant Wednesday

Thanks for all your replies. Went down to LA park and ride and parked on the grass outside no problems. People were going into the park and ride as the sign outside said closes at 22:20 which contradicts their website which states 21:30.Parking in Ashton Court for Sundays match as only £1.20 I think. Nice walk to ground as well.

Yep the web site has been incorrect for ages, always been 10.20pm but not open Sundays or Bank Holidays...easy ...

HI, coming up from Taunton for tonight's match. Usually use the park and ride but see it now shuts at 21:30.What is the score for parking in the John Lloyd centre. I guess it is pay but how much and is it open to the general public. Thank you.

Not sure where you got them from... 22.20 ish as always I thought .....David Lloyd members only I would anticipate ...though I'm not 100 per cent sure here ..

Disagree he’s a good player, organises, reads the game well, get himself in the right places, can’t defend for 2 though when having to cover for Vyner’s errors.

Kalas, Naismith and Atkinson would be our best back 3. Klose is looking really slow and off the pace right now.

First goal dreadful ...but I agree I thought he looked a good and intelligent player be ideal hopefully with Kalas strength and Atlinson's growing maturity ...

So. Next silly question. Walk back, you say. Where exactly? Trying to track it on a map/satellite. Feeder Road? is that usable by pedestrians?

And where does the bus drop off after two stops?

Just walk back towards the Long Ashton park and ride and down the slip road or on the path that runs to the left down the hill next to the David Lloyd Centre ...Feeder Road we are talking the same Park and Ride here are we ...get off bus at 2nd stop as someone said near the old ten pin bowling complex a stone throw away from the ground ...

I thought that but there was a marked contrast today between his and Tanner's performances.  If the manager is selecting on merit then Tanner should play..

Haven't seen any of the games, fair enough.

Indeed. He was an example of a real success in the transfer market. We got him for a good price, got great performances from him, sold him at the precise right time for a great fee and replaced him with Webster. There’s lots of valid criticisms of our transfer policy in recent years but Flint is a great example of how things can be done.

    Spot on

  11. Bit of shock to suddenly read this like many have said knew him but didn't know him, sat behind me in the Williams for numerous seasons and always took time if I bumped into him around the country, very knowledgeable. passionate and logical about his club, we always admired how he travelled from London for home midweek matches ...thank you Martin for saying hello its a poorer ground without you.

Fair play to them. Doesn’t bother me. If it’s a step towards competitive Bristol derbies at a high level of football then it’s a good thing. Because nothing compares.

Agreed fair play to them, I thought Scun were there for the hammering but once Northampton were 3 up so quick ... psychologically that should have been game over ... .the win at Rochdale too... considering where they were in about Oct they deserve it ,,,

I would still get my home season ticket, but having the option of being able to stream games would be welcome as I can't justify eating up half the weekend doing away games.

Agreed would still get a season ticket, but this would inevitably make me pick and choose more especially during the winter , be nice to have the choice and maybe trial it for a season to see what the impact was both additional income wise and attendance wise.

I don't understand, you saying 4-3-3 is wrong for an experienced coach ?

No I'm saying I would like to see him play it / try it if that's his preferred system, and that being an experienced coach I would have thought after all this time he would have tried it out by now, and been able to smooth those square pegs into round holes just too see how it went until he got his preferred players for the system.
