I really like as a player .Really like him. I put on here why he was taking set pieces for a centre half and basically he shot me down in flames.Quality big time. My boys (12 and 14) went down with another friend and got loads of signatures off the players.The only one they didn’t get was Mr Scott’s because the queue for his was (massive) apparently. They seem quite happy when my mate dropped them back a while back.

Steve Neville 119th minute! Never ever ever been so excited in my life. I still get emotional now thinking of that night.Likewise Aldershot,Walsall,Doncaster,Rotherham,Hartlepool,Palace. Run on if it means something and to celebrate imho . After the Man Utd game the steward let me and the boys walk across the pitch and they still talk about it now. As long as it’s done for the moment I haven’t got a problem.

My Mum was from porchester(near pompey) and my Dad was from Plymouth.They met in Southampton so I don’t mind all 3 clubs really.I have met pompey lads at England games and on Shem tours when we played football against them in the morning (at my mums old school) before going to Fratton Park.(early 90’s)I would like to think I played like Alex Scott. I don’t think they like the Saints that much either Red-Robbo. My Dad worked at Rediffusion in Southampton before moving up here to gods own country and his best mate (uncle tom) helped out in the dressing room ,running the bath and putting the kit out.When the Saints won the cup in 1976 he gave a signed football of all the squad to my Dad for me and brother.Basically me and my brother took it out into the road and the autographs went! I our home support is decent but I just wish we would take as many away as the funny people.(laugh) Despite Marvellous Marvin and his gas head side kick trying to stop us getting to the South Bristol fun factory (parking issues/roads closed for months zero public transport)we manage to get there eventually.It’s what we do. I still get angry about this 30 yrs later! I dislike Mark Ashton as much as his own family and friends do but his transfer dealing did seem to be his thing.We just need Webster/Brownhill and Kelly to **** off to other clubs. Sorry as you were Mark Ashton is a right proper wrong un. As for Riley Towler I really hope that he does well in career.Good luck to the young lad.

Great post Percy Pig and like a lot of your posts. I want everyone to come to Ashton Gate and feel welcome/inclusive call it what you will.Things have changed and now I have to sit in muted silence when people cry out an atmosphere.As I said previously I take my boys with me.I try not to swear too much when a Lino or Keith Stroud ruins my afternoon but it is football. I prefer the old days and I make no apology for that.

I swore loads last night due to Andre and his Man City loving linos.I thought I would have to go to docs (if I could get an appointment) to see if I could be diagnosed with thisrefisacuntilitus. He was awful against Swansea recently as well.
