Don't think I've ever heard anything like this before especially from a senior pro,People need to be valued and given confidence to succeed.
Honestly I've ever never been so p***** off with a manager's sacking before.
To me he seemed choked they loved being here they knew something good was happening. People need to realise it was'nt just on a match day the hard work was getting the off field problems right the mental attitude of players etc etc massive amounts of work.
"We understand the importance of appointing a new head coach quickly and an announcement on this will follow in the coming days."
That was a paragraph from QPR site 2 days later a manager from another club joins. They had a plan and it was done quickly..In other words they knew who they wanted they knew ainsworth had to go but they did it in a respectful manner.. Our lot well we've seen it for ourselves.
And who's to say the available managers won't ask for advice off Pearson? He's a popular man in football treating Nige like they have will make there job alot harder. No one to replace him is even more unbelievable if I was looking for work I wouldn't want be part of this club and that pains me to say it!
As your viewing this Bristol sport dont ever come on here and class us as just fans because we all know what the organisation thinks of us.. I can tell you I know how I feel about the s**** that's Bristol sport!!
