Don't think I've ever heard anything like this before especially from a senior pro,People need to be valued and given confidence to succeed. Honestly I've ever never been so p***** off with a manager's sacking before.

To me he seemed choked they loved being here they knew something good was happening. People need to realise it was'nt just on a match day the hard work was getting the off field problems right the mental attitude of players etc etc massive amounts of work.
