  1. Your posts have been pretty “look at me” tonight. If your claim on “10 mil upfront because of ffp” is to go by, can’t believe a lot of what you say.
  2. You seem overly certain for someone who appears to know very little.
  3. No, all fee, no matter how it’s spread, is put into FFP accounts for this season.
  4. How this is paid has no impact of FFP. As soon as Scott is sold, the whole fee goes into this seasons FFP.
  5. Yep, and I have agreed with him. @W-S-M Seagull and @RoystonFoote'snephew have an idea that it must be guaranteed.
  6. I think the only thing that was reiterated this evening was that we want a “£25 million deal”. What this is made up of you, nor I, do not know.
  7. Think there may be a mix up with the terms “up front” and “guaranteed”. In my book they are absolutely synonymous. A guaranteed fee, no matter how many years it is spread over (as is industry standard) is considered the up front fee. KITR is saying that 20 million guaranteed plus 5 million add ons will likely do it.
  8. Perhaps if those who are posting screenshots of the email from their iPhone 14, didn’t unnecessarily ask for a physical ticket, it would all be fine.
  9. In reality, I quite like the round ‘city’ logo taken from the old match day programme. I think it could work well with our actual robin badge. I also do not think the home kit design is awful. It may look a tad cheap, but if pulled together a little tighter (for want of a better word), it could have looked classy. Away kit, again, is not a bad design. Match the colours up and stick a green club badge on, it may have been a popular kit. A blue away kit would not been a problem. It would be different for us and could be a popular kit. What I don’t understand is the new/retro robin being used. It does not tie into our main badge in shape nor vibe. The round ‘city’ badge (of the old programme) I could see being used on a special edition kit. It certainly would not look bad. Another problem is that it seems our primary training colour is now sky blue. Why? Now put that odd robin on the blue training kit: dastardly.
  10. Give it a rest. No interest in the thread, **** off the thread, easy.
  11. “Very little had actually happened”… Bristol City have rejected three big bids this summer, one of which was over £20 million. In the life of Bristol City, that is almost certainly a first.
  12. Think both Araoye and KL have always been ahead, barring injuries.
  13. Is it? Five weeks before the first game of the season to prepare to use a phone wallet in the same way it is used millions of times a day up and down the country.
  14. JKL, I like it. Araoye gets talked about a lot, but I hold Jamie in just as high regard.
  15. How pre season normally works, no? Games get more serious the closer to the start of the season.
  16. Absolutely no problem with a wide variation of casual wear. Clothing companies don’t stick to one design. The problem is the official club wear.
  17. Ticket prices across other entertainment sectors increase in relation to inflation.
  18. Inflation rate from £140 would be £154. £170 would be £188. No reason for the club to go above that. Certainly wouldn’t expect club to go below that.
  19. For the situation talked about YES. The tickets will be NFC primarily.
  20. I always have to show my ticket. Always.
