Given that it’s the Easter holidays and there’ll be families etc away on holiday, giving people two days notice you’re into an exclusive window to find another seat or coordinate with people you sit next to?
Fairly shit treatment from the club. The notice is awful anyway but when there are likely to be people away? Not a strong look.

Medube has to win to justify the expenditure.

Is good we have a bench of possibilities to try and change the game as we go into 8 added minutes… or we just let the same tired players in the middle continue to let pressure build and build and build.

Excellent cross and header. Truly awful defending.
Applies for that equaliser

It’ll be early enough to still entice people with early bird renewals ahead of scraping into the playoff and promotion prospects.

I think the only positions I'd take Manning's players would be RB & CM otherwise I'd take the options Pearson inherited. I'd say now our squad looks better rounded but I think there was better quality in the squad Pearson inherited.
I think you’re taking some big leaps with NP’s squad.
Pring, Conway & Scott hadn’t even played before NP took over. Vyner would’ve been departing if we brought in any additional players summer 2022.You can have good academy players but to be forced into gambling on them as part of your core squad… can’t really call them strength until they’ve proven themselves.

This limited-edition shirt celebrates the 50th anniversary of City’s famous FA Cup win over Leeds United in 1974.
Inspired by the design of that season, this commemorative piece does not feature sponsors or branding and dons the crest of the time.
Vintage style meets modern production as O'Neills high-performance koolite fabric keeps you cool and comfortable with each wear.
This shirt will be worn by the men's first team against Queen’s Park Rangers on Saturday February 17th

Someone mentioned longer grass, not sure if that’s true, but possible I guess. Did we water prematch and at half time?
The rain gave it quite the soaking…

I haven't approached him, but I have said before he looks a bit of a lonely figure sat outside Costa face timing presumably his family on a Friday night.
Likewise on the location for all my spots of him - at least if he is departing at the end of the season it’s easy to find him and pass on a word of thanks to him for his contribution to us.

Aren’t you supposed to stick an upside down pineapple on your cabin door and see who comes knocking…

I don't think it's about the offer we make, it's about what he wants his personal circumstances to look like for another 2 years.
Does he really want to be away from home and a young family 4-5 nights a week? It will be a tough decision for him.
I’d wager you’ve bumped into him around the marina and had a chat at some point? Or just taking a sensible stab at a likely thought process?

It’s a concern that I can rattle off a longer list of potential worst ever midweek games than greatest ever midweek games.

Predictably Sky are having a Leeds appreciation hour pre match.
Jason Euell has been complimentary of the club despite everything that happened. Praised the players / city etc (not the senior team). Explained the club has a model of bringing youth through and younger players into the club then improving them to profit off them in time.
Made a point of saying King / James / Dickie old heads around the younger players.- 4

Pat Lam saying Lansdown told him the style of rugby to play. I mean ultimately telling your head coach to win games is fairly obvious but am sure some will latch onto it as Lansdown always interfering.

Two FA Cup bookings for Pring so that’s him out for the replay?
-
There are a lot of comments here - mainly anti short term loan and issues with our transfer strategy.
Surely if we want to attract players to join us on a longer term strategy, we need to have a solid end to the season where our manager can play a team in his style? That in turn requires us to speculate a little now rather than try and struggle on.
New signings would look more favourably on us if we have a solid end of season and finish say 8th-10th than just end up in 14-16th with our current inconsistent results and style of play.

As a heads up if buying a ticket as an existing member.
To use this I had to remove the automatically applied adult member benefit (£5 off) as it would not process the discount straight away.
It isn’t obvious until you go in to the checkout and “remove benefit” from next to the member name by the ticket. I hadn’t seen this explained in any of the emails that I’ve read.- 1

Quite a few European festivals use a two stage setup , either side by side , or end to end. It lets the sound teams/tech guys set up one stage while the other stage is playing, meaning no big gaps between sets.
I went to primavera in Barcelona last year and they did this (side by side). It meant only 5-10 mins between acts rather than about 30 mins + like at Glastonbury or similar
One artist can play on the stage and the next can set up in the Lansdown tunnel entrance and just use Downsy’s mic via the stadium PA system. I’m reliable told it is top notch.

Worth checking again on the website. After my moaning here and on twitter (including tagging Jerry), some U13 away shirts suddenly magically appeared in stock. I was able to order and it arrived today.
Mad that they are willing to risk losing sales by not making all the stock they have available online all the time.
Perhaps crayon boy didn’t scroll down far enough on their website to learn they can integrate with your existing systems. Would’ve thought we just had one stock management system and if the stock isn’t physically at Huboo, they have someone in the shop “pick” it right away.

Semi with his best and most influential performance at Ashton Gate?

I felt like he ran and “pressed” without ever looking like he put any pressure on the Boro back line. Or got close to them. They just passed it round him and went forward again.
With the ball going forward, did well. Should’ve put Mehmeti in on the left when he broke down the middle and did well down the line in front of Lansdown but when holding a lead, I’d want us to defend from the front better.

I hate that too! I’m dreading the day when we start getting ‘the substitution, sponsored by xxxxx’ announcements that you get at some other grounds already.
Been there done that. Did Royal Navy Reserve used to sponsor the subs when @Dave L used to read them?

Interesting that - again - Lam is quite happy having a slight dig at Lansdown, albeit in a “letting us play without pressure” type comment.
For those who are paywalled, might I suggest taking a 12ft ladder via http://12ft.io
