That's quite a run of games to be watching in (roughly) just two and a half weeks!
Where and when were the TKTS for the Lionesses game on sale, I phoned supporters services just before Christmas, they had no idea, a bit late now, but would be interested to know,

It’s not being treated differently at all - it’s seven referees making seven isolated snap decisions, as they do dozens of times every game, all of which happen to have gone against us.
It’s only being treated differently if you think they’re linked.
I've said it before, and I'll stick by my statement, I don't think referees are 100% sure of what is a penalty, that's why the club has got several apologies from the referees association that the ref has got it wrong,we got 2 apologies for Norwich away ,one penalty not given, one offside goal, that wasn't,

Look fellow Reds he's our referee for Wednesday night,

...is abysmal. Going into S23 today to my seat through the vomitory (that's what they're called honest!) The steward was hood up (was it raining or cold?) Hands in pockets, leaning against wall, totally disinterested and not engaging with fans.
The minimum I expect is alert, engaging, positive NVC's. Do they have no supervisors to kick their arse.
As for kids going on the pitch with Man City coming up it'll be more. Messages on PA would help and albeit going on the green bit is a criminal offence a bit of understanding wouldn't go amiss. Bit different to a drunken scroat.
Match day experience generally good but could be soon much better with a few tweaks
Rant over
And yes, I've worked at large events for decades
Report it to Supporters services, it will get done,

I hope the person who hit the steward is reading this ,You should be Ashamed of yourself,I for one hope you get Banned, it was your fault for letting your child on the pitch, the steward is their to do a job,and that's what he's doing, if you can't control your child don't take him to football, or if he wants a shirt that bad, buy him one and have the players name put on it,

If you don’t want your child manhandled off the pitch by stewards it’s quite simple: don’t let them run on the damn pitch to beg for a shirt.
Fine or ban the parents, look on CCTV, then they'll start crying they're innocents, no steward deserves to be beaten up because some parents cant control their kids or ask them to break the law,

It’s was a knobhead steward, again. Yes, fine, kids Al should not run on the pitch. Yes, the club have said things before. However, not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. Steward should have known when to step away to diffuse any situation.
Why is the steward a knobhead, he's doing his job, it's the parents responsibility to stop his child running on the pitch Not to encourage him to run on, fine or ban the parent, so the parents are in the wrong not the steward

I'm seeing a lot of posts from people who struggle to get through to the ticket office on the phone, especially at busy times, and it seems maybe the expectations on service standards are higher than the reality the club can currently deliver.
So what are the solutions?:
I assume there are only a few staff who deal with tickets on a daily basis, whether that be a normal day or busy day (I'm sure somebody can confirm) ultimately it's not feasible to have a call centre on stand by in case we get a decent cup draw and demand goes up for tickets, especially when you can buy online (which thousands have done for the Man City game).
However what we could do is invest in a better phone system with much more capacity. Also a system which does auto call back, so when you get a place in the queue you don't need to stay on hold for hours. This came into my GPS recently and made a huge difference to the customer experience. If a GP's can find the cash for a better system then surely we can!
Yes I found that yesterday, phoned TKT office,35th in the queue

Am I missing something? Have just seen this on Bristol live & a statement from the club! Because I’m fairly confident that the retail offering up to Christmas has been affected. I’ve had an email saying my order which was made & paid for last week (Christmas present ) is out of stock! COYR
Home shirts remain in limited stock and there are no available sizes above a large online. There are only small and medium sizes in the adult goalkeeper jersey but the club say they have received stock for the 2022/23 season.
In a statement, the club told Bristol Live: "We can confirm that Elite Sports Group, Bristol City’s kit supplier and UK distributor for hummel has gone into administration.
We’ve received our stock for the 22/23 season and can reassure fans that our retail offering in the run-up to Christmas will not be affected. We are working with hummel Denmark to understand the process going forwards."
As I understand, being told by the superstore at the ground,no more stock is forthcoming this season, new stock will arrive next season when the new kit is available,

I certainly was never subjected to a pat down before going through the turnstile....seems even then some stewards were doing their jobs while others couldn't be bothered I guess. Thanks for clarifying though and hope the health has been good post 2016!

My son got arrested last night, spent 3hrs after the game in a cell, for swearing Infront of children in Ashton Rd after the game, how many kids go to football and don't swear , especially in the singing section, the police are unbelievable in this City,
