  1. I thought he played well today and that's the most important thing.
  2. Happiest I've seen Nigel in a long time.
  3. 3 points with 4 games left isn't huge, no matter which way you look at it.
  4. Really don't understand this - we would only be 3 points from the drop if they hadn't had points deducted.
  5. Two very average championship sides - Stoke have had a poor season considering their resources and pressure on O'Neil. A good win we'll done bcfc.
  6. He strikes me as the anxious type his hand movements he is trying to comfort himself.

    Matt James

For me he has been a disappointment.
  8. There is nothing more frustrating than people just making things up.
  9. I remember when Cotterill was hired, I was so disappointed but how wrong I was I would have him back tomorrow without question.
  10. Carlisle was his first job and I'm assuming you forgot that Hull, with parachute payments, were one of the favourites to win the league.
  11. His reputation has dipped. If it hadn't he wouldn't be with us, he has only ever managed at BIG clubs and now he is at a small fish in a big pond for the first time in his career at this level. If a top job came up in the champ how many owners would be chasing Pearson, not many after Derby and BCFC.
  12. Got Leicester to the Premier League, successful spells at Southampton and Hull. But since then he went to Derby which was a disaster for him, tried his luck in Belgium and got sacked, and so far struggling at BCFC. You also need to remember that if his reputation was still on the up there is no way he would've come to us, he would have better options, but the reality is he doesn't because his stock has fallen.
  13. There are 2 ways of looking at it, from one perspective we have easily stayed up and therefore we have made progress compared to last season. The other argument is that if it wasn't for the points deductions of reading and derby we would be in massive trouble, add in no real patterns of play or structure or identity, this shows little progress made. Overall Pearson tenure has been a big disappointment, poor signings, little progress on the pitch and Pearson doing what he does best blaming everyone but himself.
  14. He won't walk - his reputation had dipped and will only get worse if he quits us.
  15. I don't know but one thing for sure is that it is going to be messy
