Post by lpgas on 3 hours agoIf I was Higgs I would definitely appeal. I have often wondered how we know the judges are "fair?" For all we know she may have shares in SainsburiesThe amount of illiterate people on that site astounds me, Sainsburies? What?

Nobody will be interested in buying that mob, considering they are light years behind us already can you imagine the money it would take?
I would rather have some sort of infrastructure in place if I were buying a club, not just a rag ass bunch of part time players, a park surrounded by some marquees and a falling down stand on a war memorial site they can't shift, and a fan base with the average IQ of a dead dog.

Right so sainsburys acted legally but certainly not morally. Why don't we do the same let's fill a sainsburys car park of choice full of gasheads before opening and then when they open all enter the store. Fill our trolleys full of goodies and make our way to the check outs let the cashier put all the good through the till and then drop the bombshell that it is far to expensive and walk out the shop. None of this is illegal and they couldn't do a thing about it.

Made in Bristol TV channel Facebook page, check out this beauty -
This shows that supermarkets are not about building communities they are about making huge profits. The way they have treated farmers over the years shows their true colours. Rotten to the core.

General feeling - No real grounds for appeal.

Just back from the court.
7-8 Gasheads in attendance, 1 sh*thead, and Alistair Durdan. No other representation.
The verdict was passed down - literally from the judge in the form of a report. The Sh*t had just finished training for the bar, so he gave us all a steer on the outcome. Basically she finds in Salisbury favor. A guidance on Schedule 1 (2.11) was given that she felt that this clause was not satisfied. The clause relates to planning permission for the buyer (Sainsburys) had to obtain, and from my quick assessment involved the stop dates that were not met.
