It's very different to how we played in the Championship. We tried to keep playing that way but got hammered by Man City and changed to a much more defensive set up. It almost immediately worked and results picked up but dropped off and January signings at West Ham vs the ones we made have made quite a difference. Plus, in fairness, injuries to Furness, Layzell and others haven't helped.

I believe it's partly due to safeguarding in the family area. You are only supposed to be there with children. At least, that's what they told me when I upgraded my daughters for a mate one match and they made us move out of the family area.
