I wonder if Yeboah asked for the loan? There was this talk of him being upset at being dropped from the first team squad so perhaps he wasn’t happy about going back down to under 18s. If this is the case, good on him for being ambitious and believing in himself. Hope he does well at Bath and proves a point.

Surely it’s got to be Scott Murray’s turn to take the blame.

This crossed my mind last week when we were crying out for Twine to come on. There was obviously no plan B, so Manning took a gamble on Twine hoping we would cruise to victory
-
It’s not just us though, what about Conway. He’s still spending his Friday nights sat on the sofa eating tubs of ice cream crying over a picture of Alex Scott

How about our academy players. Before Manning took over NP & BT were telling us what a bunch of talented players we had coming through the academy, some of which we saw this season (Yeboah, JKL, J James etc). Since then, nothing and to make matters worse we blocked their pathway with loan players.

Mourinho was good at deflecting criticism from the players. He would cause some kind of controversy just to deflect. Manning on the other hand just threw them all under the bus because they couldn’t download his data

Lawyer just entered the chat.

Christ, just imagine we lose the next 5 games. Not even our CEO Sir Brian Tinnion would survive

If we put in a performance like this against Cardiff next week, its going to be really toxic for Manning. Fans wont put up with it for too much longer.

The soft BC are back, after all Nigel’s hard work

Well let’s be honest, Nigel could have said no thanks, but we will never know the truth. -

Was it? Wasn’t it Tinnion who told us all how he and the scouting team find the players and then recommend them to the Manager/coach. -

His analysis was the only decent thing about the game today. Naismith’s honesty was refreshing. He seemed as bemused by the lacklustre display as us fans and he didn’t hold back from criticising Memheti -

This club is a shambles. We were promised front foot attacking football and we get that garbage -

I didnt think it could get any worse than last week, but this has been absolute dross. Manning is tactically inept -

Memheti really doesn’t offer us anything. He’s so frustrating to watch -

Why can’t our strikers striker score goals like that? -
Is it still ok to blame Dave Rennie?

Nige was right, we shouldn’t waste our money on useless expensive loans. Trust in the Academy kids -
It was the manner of the defeat against a team who are in the relegation zone.

It’s a great to listen to and you guys are doing a fantastic job. Even though Ian can be irritating at times, at least you are all honest with your own opinions.

I really enjoy the Podcast, but Ian Gays constant digs at Pearson is becoming tiresome to listen to.

I cant stand the endless side show week in week out. It won’t be long before we are commemorating a friendly match we played pre-season ten years ago.

Manning and the Academy - does he buy into the club philosophy?
Graham76 replied to Dr Balls's topic in Football Chat
Yesterday Twine and Mebude, clearly both nowhere near ready, but seen as better option than our academy players.
