Not trolling anyone, it is a genuine post and, of course, my opinion Max is 26, good shot stopper but terrible with his feet he's not championship level because of that Tanner is 24 now and not a baby, useful in squad perhaps but I would rather have a Knight Lebel or Leeson (an academy kid) as Mcrorie backup personally Matty James is a good football player but I think could be replaced by a Brannagan/McGuane at Oxford let's say, he's 32 now and maybe take the King approach and get him on coaching staff Something isn't right with Tommy, he's not the same since returning, he's lost his tenacity and personally I think that he's either still carrying it or he's worried about a repeat - without his aggression he's a very average footballer in my opinion Honestly not trolling, these are the four players I would target with replacements in January

Not at all - I would say there were plenty here that had knives out for a gaffer that was (and is still) in his infancy here. Just good to have perspective/balanced opinion on things.

Last thing from me on this - I've seen a few people mention his eye contact (or lack of) in the interview last night. Thought I would try and pick up an interview from a loss when he was Oxford boss Interesting to compare - seems eye contact isn't a thing for LM really

I just watched the interview back again I think he has come to the realisation that the messages they are trying to get across aren't being heard properly - that must be deflating He is inexperienced himself and perhaps this is a learning curve for him dealing with the most senior (in terms of playing level) players he has dealt with exclusively as manager It is up to him to find a way to get the message over, I'll admit that for sure
