  1. I’ve very little time for Plymouth Argyle, they hate us, my dad’s side of the family are from East Devon where anything green is verboten, and Hollowhead managed them at one point. But considering practically every away day needs a weekend making of it and theirs is the largest city in Europe never to have hosted first-class football (Not counting Man Utd contesting a UEFA Cup tie there in the 1970s) they have a very good fan base, I do concede that. They also apparently don’t care for the Quartered Mob either so they’ve got that in their credit column.
  2. Spot on, Sharton! Good to see them losing late goals as well as us.
  3. Beaten by an imbecilic piece of officiating and a wicked deflection. Absolutely infuriating to lose it at the death again but I saw enough today to think we will kick on from last season. So-called supporters already calling for the manager’s head - embarrassing!
  4. Agree with every syllable. Hate the Rent Boys with the heat of 10,000 suns. Scum, Scum and thrice Scum. “fAIR pLAY to tHE gASH” - give your heads a wobble you sycophantic cretins. Look forward to a swift return to the fourth division for the Tobacco-chewing, Boob-cricket playing, horse-punching, new stadium-dodging, Babestation-watching, ground-stealing, FA Trophy first round-losing, C***-employing, David Pipe-salad tossing, Sainsbury’s court case-losing, ****pigs next season. 21 years and counting, bitches.
  5. Must be strange to be on here where there are justifiable cries of foul play, such heresy would clearly not be tolerated on A$$Hat. Straight back down for the BRFC Rent Boys next season.
  6. Yes, from What I’ve read it’s far from just City fans suggesting it was a put-up job.
  7. Yep, effectively this result stuffed them. They’ve been in the wilderness ever since.
  8. FIX. EFL investigation has to be incoming. Would you put anything past that scummy club with that vile waste of skin as their manager?
  9. Bunch of cretins. Another yo-yo club like Rovrum, Norwich, Fulham. I’d rather be relegated to the bottom of the pyramid than go up with that lowlife Barton at the helm.
  10. Yeah, he often sends me unsolicited pics from STFC away days and I must confess your away support has been very impressive this season.
  11. Mate of mine there today; a few weeks ago he feared it’d be a dead rubber. Not now!
  12. They’ve won 7-0 before and still missed out. ?
  13. Good start, NTFC. Keep it up and keep the Scum down.
  14. Port Vale and every City fan’s second team have one more game to play in midweek so still plenty of twists in this particular tale in store yet. F Sharton and FTG
  15. Hope they invaded the pitch as it sets them up nicely for heartbreak next week.
  16. Always had a soft spot for the Grecians - my dad is from near there and grew up supporting them. Some nice away days for their fans next season that will be a change from most of the grounds they usually visit - Possibly Sheff W., definitely Charlton, Portsmouth, Bolton. If Sunderland blow promotion again they’ll go there on League business for the first time in their history. They’ll definitely visit Ipswich for the first time since 1957 in the league.
  17. Well, that went as badly for the Gas scum as it possibly could’ve with Exeter, Sutton, Mansfield and Swindon all winning. They could still go up automatically of course but by the same token they could still miss out on the playoffs altogether. Very little margin for error going into the penultimate round of games. Northampton v Exeter huge on Saturday now. FTG
  18. Seconded re Alfred - born in Wantage, kicked the Vikings’ sorry arses and essentially saved the last Anglo-Saxon Kingdom, brought in a new era of sage learning in England, was responsible for the advent of the English navy and yet is remembered for something he almost certainly didn’t do - burning some cakes. A truly remarkable man. Read “The White Horse King” for the full story. Probably his grandson deserves the epithet of the original “King of the English” but it would never have been possible without Alfred’s escapades. I was born a stone’s throw from the AD 878 battle site of Edington where he slapped the Danes but it is hopelessly obscure compared to Hastings, Agincourt, et al. Tis a crying shame.
  19. Yes, please do stop as you clearly don’t know what you’re talking about. Anyway, Happy St George’s Day fellow Reds. ???????
  20. Ignorant scum club, the Rent Boys are.
