It’s pretty obvious to me that Pearson heard the jungle drums beating in management circles he was under threat! Hence the last couple of weeks. I am numb right now. I can not believe what is going on! Rumours of nastiness inside the club toward club employees, a faceless majority shareholder, supported by a playboy son, all after the two of them backed the midget with millions! This guy has built a team and an ethic with a fraction of the resources and has fell foul of these people in an identical way to Steve Cotterill. Backwater club ran by idiots!

I don’t know if he’s miles off it or not. What I do know he’s not being picked when I’ve seen him I’ve thought he was not that tricky and not that quick, but I know how highly he was thought of at Wycombe from a personal conversation with some associated with the club at the highest level. Form is temporary, but class is permanent. I’m hoping we can see some form soon.

I got quite the opposite. However i guess its how you view positive and to be fair it seems there were zero conversations up until Saturday as no one had a clue who was empowered to have them. Thus just someone saying eff you, your gone in May is an improvement as the future can be planned

The contents are certainly private and anyone who thinks otherwise is not living in the real world! However people who buy tickets and others are among stakeholders who do expect, in view of what been said recently, something of a comment as they put their money in too. (Fun fact I never sold my shares to SL, thus he is not the owner merely the majority share holder. ) I think as I’ve stayed before in other threads there is something else going on that makes communication with supporters etc etc much more difficult. What also bothers me are the rumors of a toxic atmosphere among employees at the club. Is this true anyone?

I was unwittingly (long story, over a pint one day maybe) close to what was at the time a very large sports deal! I was left in no doubt about who wanted to know what regarding where the money was coming from. If it’s foreign money (particularly American) there is quite a process. Mind you City are less than a drop in the bucket by that comparison.

I think when you put all we know together it points very much to a sale. However to what extent it’s the whole shebang v BCFC I just don’t know. The organization won’t speak with stakeholders from top to bottom. The majority shareholder has stated he is looking for investment and this looking for investment has morphed into take over The Chairman will not make any statements on behalf of the club, even if it’s about how crap the pies are The manager of the team has concluded there is no one to answer anything at senior level and there are contract issues that need sorting out It appears that a decision was made not to put a great deal of money into investment in staff The most senior officer at the club is now a finance officer The CEO resigned after three months in the job The BoD will not respond to media requests and the two main people are SL and JL who appear to be hibernating. You’re in MnA I believe you not joining the same dots as me? If it’s not that the it’s total and utter incompetence with a bit of I don’t give a toss thrown in for good measure!

Listened to SOTC this afternoon, many thanks to the boys that went on the show! However the biggest take away for me was that the Board of Directors all declined (were not available). Exactly what the supporters and now the manager are saying! The upside of this is, they know what supporters are thinking, as someone must have been listening, so they can’t pretend they don’t know what the overwhelming majority of supporters are thinking. The downside is they are all now seen to be a pointless bunch of ******* sucking money from the club and it’s majority shareholder having no power and scared of saying or doing anything! This screams to me a takeover is imminent!

It seems so! This is the biggest part of the problem! Obviously some people have lost some interest. However the same people want to continue to make decisions. Sigh! Robert’s but yes we are not doing any loans with a teams worth of players injured. However things may not be the same in January! Yes he did. The bloke has to suck it up and fight for his place as does Mehmeti, no room for passengers right now!

I don’t remember any either. However despite being a season ticket holder I can’t get there a great deal. Up until now SL has enjoyed huge personal support among the fans, but this is very obviously under threat, if you take this place as a decent cross section of supporters.

Thanks Max! Ok. So most see neurology as being brain, however spinal (possibly cord) issues with his obvious disability are far more likely and this comes under neurology. That now makes some sense!

I’m personally interested in the atmosphere on Wednesday Backing for NP is a given! With Mark Ashton and SL (possibly) reunited it could be an atmosphere not for the faint hearted!
